L'appartement, confortable et agréable, est situé dans Dorsoduro, à la Fondamenta de Romite, près de l'Accademia et des Zattere. Le quartier est bien desservi par les lignes de transport, magasins, petits restaurants, marché aux poissons, supermarchés, cafés, salons de crème glacée. A pied, vous pouvez facilement rejoindre Piazzale Roma et la Gare en 15 minutes, et Piazza San Marco en 20 minutes. L'ambiance de l'appartement est comme un loft d'artiste avec de grandes fenêtres, de hauts plafonds, parquet en bois. Spazioso e luminoso ed arieggiato appartamento al secondo piano di un antico palazzo veneziano, le scale sono comode da fare. Si accede attraverso un giardino privato. Tutte le stanze ed il terrazzo sono molto ampie e spaziose. La strada è l’appartamento sono molto silenziosi, nonostante si trovino in una zona molto centrale. I soffitti sono ornati di stucchi veneziani, camera da pranzo e salotto sono separati da un arco decorato, e hanno le finestre sul giardino lontano da altre case.

You can feel like a Venetian and spend a few days in a quiet neighborhood, yet be minutes from some of our favorite spots in Venice. The bright, third floor apartment has two bathrooms and plenty of closet space, as well as a full kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, a Nespresso coffee maker and a selection of our favorite teas.
