The bright flat is a perfect combination of modern style and tradition: while all the pieces of furniture are brand new, the white mosaic floor, the ceiling with beams and decorative details reflect the typical Venetian interiors. The flat is provided with the following services: - fully equipped kitchen with induction cooking and combo oven; - air conditioning both in the dining room/kitchen and bedroom; - clean towels and bed sheets; - high speed WiFi (and ethernet connection); - Cinema TV with Sky decoder (with subscription to international channels), music sound system. Rialto Bridge is only seven minutes away, or venture a little further to Piazza San Marco in about 15 minutes. Getting lost in the picturesque alleyways is part of the beauty of exploring Venice. L’appartamento è composto da un ampio salone d’ingresso, un’ampia sala da pranzo,un luminoso salone con poggiolo e splendida vista sul canale, bellissima terrazza con vista sul canale. Casa Sara is on the first floor (16 steps staircase for this and another apartment), has a bedroom with a double bed, kitchen with a sofa bed, bathroom, heating, air conditioning with remote control, wifi, tv, towels and sheets. 4 minutes walk (without bridges) from the waterbus stop connecting to the airport or train or bus stations, an exclusive door on a famous Venetian street 10 minutes from Piazza San Marco and 12 from the Rialto bridge. On the ground floor a laundry room that you can use.

Perla est situé au deuxième étage d'un palais du 16ème siècle donnant sur un canal traditionnel et à quelques pas de la belle église de Santa Maria des Miracles et à proximité des restaurants et des boutiques. Appropriée pour les couples et les familles qui apprécieront la luminosité, la vue magnifique et la chambre spacieuse  et très romantique. La cuisine est moderne et équipée avec plaques de cuisson à induction, four et micro-ondes. Mon logement est pratique pour le transport publique.

An entire apartment with a Venetian style decor, in a private palazzo from the 1600's, with a STUNNING VIEW. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

Santa Marina Apartment

I tessuti e gli arredi sono preziosissimi, grazie per prenderti cura della mia casa. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto online il documento di un ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per l'intero soggiorno per tutto il gruppo) e la tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati sono condivisi solo con la Polizia e la Municipalità. A Venezia non ci sono molti ascensori però l'ultimo piano ha il vantaggio di non avere umidità o muffa. Ho un luogo dove lasciare le valigie.

Rilassati e ricaricati a Palazzo Widmann ,edificio veneziano dallo stile barocco-rococò nel centro storico di Venezia, costruito nel 1625, a pochi passi dal Ponte di Rialto e da Strada Nuova. L'appartamento (al piano rialzato) ampio e molto luminoso è adatto a famiglie numerose o piccoli gruppi di amici ed è vicino alla fermata di Fondamente Nove - senza ponti! molto comodo all'aeroporto e alle isole di Murano, Burano e Torcello. Campo Santa Maria Nova è a due passi, la Venezia vera.

It’s a residential building and we want to have a good relationship with our neighbours.
