You’ll find bars, pubs, restaurants, delis and antique/homeware shops on the doorstep, and Petworth House and park (a National Trust property) is 2-mins away.

Arrive to your own private gated parking, relax and enjoy the beautiful views from the barn, your own garden, patio or the hydrotherapy spa hot tub. Chestnut barn offers a high level of stylish furnishings including a well equipped kitchen area, walk in shower room and a separate double bedroom. A perfect base to explore from, rural walks directly from the door, Cowdray farm shop, Polo and pub a mile away.

The Cottage at Grittenham Farm is a beautifully restored 17th Century milking parlour. It contains a lovely open-plan living room and kitchenette area, a stylish double bedroom and a luxury bathroom. Gorgeous gardens to relax in. Situated at the foot of the South Downs, perfect for lovely walks. The River Rother is 10 minutes on foot and offers magical wild swimming. Close by are picturesque towns of Petworth, Midhurst & Arundel, while the beaches of the South Coast are a 30 minute drive.

Our hideaway offers the perfect getaway. Soak up the peace and quiet, take in the amazing view and relax surrounded by ancient woodland, only 50 miles from London. Renovated & furnished to a high standard, it boasts many original features as well as modern comforts including a well equipped kitchen, 2 ensuite bedrooms, log burner & large outdoor space. The Bothy is ideal for a weekend escape, wedding, special occasion, walking holiday, Goodwood events & spending time with family & friends.

The Roost, self contained annex in Lodsworth

The self contained annexe is located in the charming village of Lodsworth, close to the towns of Midhurst & Petworth (with plentiful antique shops). Very convenient for Cowdray Polo, Chichester & Goodwood festivals. The sandy beaches of The Witterings are only a 40 mins drive away. The village has a lovely pub & shop stocking local produce. The Roost is ideal for couples and solo adventurers. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets or infants. NO CLEANING FEE ADDED!

Quietly situated on the side of Blackdown in the South Downs National Park, 2 miles from Haslemere and convenient for visiting Chichester and Goodwood, The Barn is a well-appointed guest suite which offers comfortable accommodation for two.
