Fairfax View - delightful annexe cottage, Gilling

Situated in the picturesque village of Gilling East on the edge of the North York Moors national park, Fairfax View offers the perfect base to explore this beautiful corner of Yorkshire. This one bedroom cottage has en-suite shower room, well equipped kitchen and large lounge with double sofa bed (available for use by prior request). Located directly opposite the highly-acclaimed Fairfax Arms and on the edge of the Ampleforth Abbey and College campus, with a 9 hole golf course in the village.

Serendipity

Serendipity is one of three hand crafted wooden Shepherds Cabins, located on a working farm in the heart of Dalby Forest. (Also please see Serenity and Dahlia Cabins on separate listings.) We're ideally situated just off the popular cycle routes and activity centres. The cozy en-suite cabin features a comfortable king size bed, mini fridge, heating, access to a gas BBQ and continental breakfast. This luxurious cabin offers wonderful panoramic views in a tranquil setting. The perfect escape!

A beautifully converted, luxury 3 bedroomed country cottage in a stunning village setting. Stunning Dark Skies of the North Yorkshire National Park AONB and all within easy reach of the the gorgeous East coast towns and beaches. A few minutes drive to the beautiful market town of Helmsley and Malton, with all amenitites, cafes/restaurants. Michelin starred restaurants The Pheasant, The Star, The Black Swan and Restaurant Myse are a few minutes drive away and The Yorkshire Spa Retreat.

The Garden Room

Two renovated old buildings have been converted into a quiet, one bedroom, self contained Garden room. In the centre of Slingsby village, you are well placed to explore the beautiful surrounding areas of Yorkshire. A modern kitchen with fridge, microwave and cooker is equipped for preparing delicious meals. A wall mounted television with Netflix is available. The sleeping area hosts a double bed with wall hanging for clothes, adjacent to which is a bright shower room with heated towel rail.

Couple's Bothy near Helmsley in the National Park

Our converted barn offers a cosy, self-catering retreat for two with a woodfired hot tub, on our remote, but accessible farm in the North York Moors National Park. The Bothy is a self-contained, open space providing king sized bed, ensuite, kitchen, sitting area, outside terrace sun trap & free WiFi. The Bothy has been completed to an exceptionally high standard combining beautiful detailing and practicality. A great location for walking & cycling.

Crumbleclive Cabin

Crumbleclive is a beautifully restored 100 year old cabin set within the dramatic backdrop of Crunkly Ghyll. It was originally the ‘Gun Room’ for the local estate in the 1890s! The Cabin has a balcony overlooking the gorge with the River Esk rapids visible at the bottom. Surrounded by Oak trees you will feel amongst the treetops as birds gather on the branches around you and fly through the gorge below. It is perfect for couples wanting a romantic getaway to recharge the batteries!

Goose End Cottage, North Yorkshire

This 18th century grade-II listed property is right beside the River Seven, in the picturesque village of Sinnington, and the North York Moors National Park. Many amazing walks can be enjoyed from right outside the door and the wonderful village pub and restaurant is only a few minutes walk away.

Maltkiln House Annex is the perfect getaway for two people who love to be in the countryside. You can enjoy uninterrupted views sitting at the bottom of the garden which is your own space. The Annex dates back to the 16th century and is full of charm. You can walk from our Annex straight up onto the Cleveland way where you can walk or bike for miles. Our Annex is a popular stop off for people walking the coast to coast. We are also very close to some great pubs and restaurants.

Stunning rural shepherds hut

Located in the stunning Howardian Hills, this is a peaceful and romantic location. A perfect all year round escape. You park your car and the hut is a 5 minute walk from our house- make sure you pack suitable footwear. We can transport your luggage to the hut. The hut has cooking facilities (oven and a hob), there is also a fire pit for barbecues and a picnic table for outdoor dining. You have exclusive use of a hot tub which is right next to the hut.

Owl House is an Elizabethan barn conversion. It sits on the edge of the North York Moors National Park and features a glazed wall offering far reaching countryside views across the vale of Pickering with the Howardian Hills visible in the distance. Old Forge in Wrelton, North Yorkshire.

This cottage, in the village of Wrelton near Pickering, was a 19th century blacksmith's forge and has now been renovated into a delightful living space complete with fully-equipped kitchen, large living room area, bathroom with walk-in shower and a cosy bedroom located on a mezzanine floor which is reached via a spiral staircase. The Old Forge offers a great location for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Yorkshire.
