This place is a great option for a trip to Falmouth, a spacious place perfect for two. Rare to find a spot with off road parking too! Super clean and the host was also really helpful! Only thing I would mention is that this looks very central on a map for those that don’t know Falmouth but it does entail a lot of hills if you plan to walk to town which wouldn’t be easy if not fit and able. If you are fit and able though just a 10 min walk into town!

A really nice place to stay. Easy to find and a good location as it’s a short walk into Exeter. Great communication from Dan and Pippa.

Sara’s place was great and perfect for our one night stay in Falmouth. Sara and Ginny were excellent with communication prior to our stay and everything was clean, tidy and as described.

This is the second of Ali’s places I’ve stayed in and it’s just as perfect. I travel at lot with my job and would say this bed is one of THE most comfortable I’ve ever stayed in. The location and the apartment block itself is perfect if you’re bringing your dog with you. I’m currently looking to buy in Plymouth and I like the location and Ali’s place so much I’m now looking in this location for myself. Ali is really communicative and friendly and all instructions and details were perfectly clear. Having stayed in other spots in Plymouth (when Ali’s hasn’t been available), I’d also say this is one of the best value places to stay in the city.

Pauline was a lovely host and ensured we were well looked after. The accomadation was quiet and comfortable with great views, outside space and a fab bed and shower. The cake was also delicious. This is a great place to stay if you’re considering a trip to Salcombe. Definitely try breakfast at the Salcombe coffee shop.

Had an absolutely amazing stay and Susan was informative and made the whole experience as relaxing as possible. Amazing views at the location and the hot tub made it even better. Cannot fault a single thing with this location and we will definitely be booking again! Would definitely recommend to others.

Great location, easy to walk into town and also very close to the seafront so good for accessing the beaches or going on walks. We stayed at New Year but I imagine the decking area would be lovely in the summer especially with the patio doors opening out from the kitchen. Comfortable accommodation, especially the beds, lovely large shower in the en-suite of the main bedroom.

Close to the beach and a lovely pub /restaurant. The large kitchen table was ideal for our family get together. Very peaceful location we would love to return.

My family and I had a great time spending at Nicola’s house . The house was so clean and equipped with all necessary equipments . We loved it !

Had a really lovely stay at Sharon's place. The place was so clean and smelt lovely as soon as you walked in. Sharon was so helpful and responsive from booking to check out. We felt really at home and absolutely loved the location. Would definitely stay again.

Loved this place! Comfortable bed and sofa's, arrived on sunny days so got to enjoy the balcony, walking down the Camel trail or into town. Just brilliant, loved it.

This property is spacious, clean, modern and had lovely views. It has everything for a week’s holiday, including great facilities, comfy beds and everything in order as you’d expect. It felt like the owner had gone the extra mile to make it a pleasant stay. The only thing that detracted a bit for us was the downstairs flat- whilst it’s separate, a bit of noise transferred upwards through the floor and the pipes, especially early in the morning as the people staying there were in work time and we were on holiday time! Apart from that, this is an excellent property and highly recommended for a relaxing holiday with great views of the marina and harbour.

We instantly felt at home here. The house has been done up lovely and it gives a calm and inviting feel to it. Everything was as described and we would definitely return.

Lovely, spacious, and modern property. Plenty of choice for outside seating too. exceeded expectations, more than matched the photos provided. Only advice I will give, which is not anything negative about the Property is be mindful if you have guests who aren't particularly mobile as there are steps up to the property and the driveway is up a fairly steep hill. We did also struggle to get a taxi, as didn't really seem to be all that often or available in this location from what we found and Uber just said it would be a very long wait. The Property itself was fantastic though, plenty of space for all of us. Myself, My Husband, My Sister, her Partner and children plus My Dad came for the weekend & there were three spacious double rooms, two with en suites and then the two singles in another room for My Niece and Nephew, so absolutely perfect for what we needed. Overall, very happy with this property & our Host was very friendly and super quick to reply to any questions. Would stay again!

I booked this lovely accommodation so my parents could stay over whilst I am in hospital. Josiah and Sara have been very friendly and allowed them to check in the house early, they have been very accommodating and the place is immaculate. It is a very nice and quiet area, walking distances from shops, restaurants and the hospital. With a bus stop and a very nice walk nearby. Weather has been lovely so my parents have been able to enjoy the lovely garden and they have been very impressed with all the beautiful flowers that have bloomed all over the entrance area. It is a lovely place to stay and they would have extended their stay if it hadn’t been booked already.

We arrived slightly earlier than we had expected, but were shown in and welcomed. The place is very private and because of its elevation looks out across Brixham where the colourful houses on the other side of the harbour are a constant reminder that you are on holiday. The town is very easy to access if you can manage many steps, and within 5 mins you are at the harbour with its working fishing boats, tour boats and children crabbing alongside the marina. Good quality restaurants, including many fish and chips shops are all within a short walking distance, as well as specialist fish restaurants and a superb tapas bar. If you want to get away from the crowds the SW Coastal Path goes through Brixham from which the wildlife and views are spectacular. We had a very enjoyable weekend in a peaceful but convenient spot that was very clean, and welcoming, and Moira generously left us treats to help us have a good time

We spent a lovely couple of days in Plymouth. Victoria's apartment was perfect for our young family, in a great location. We could walk everywhere really easily, and the parking was really easy to find and so close to the apartment. Vicky was great at helping with my questions beforehand, and the apartment itself was lovely with plenty of space and all amenities we could need ...including a stocked toy and games cupboard! Highly recommend!

We stayed at Karen’s apartment for my 30th birthday and it was absolutely perfect! The place was spotless, spacious, and beautifully set up, even better than the photos. Being just steps from the beach made it extra special, and we loved how peaceful and relaxing the area was. Karen was an amazing host - super responsive, helpful, and made everything really easy from start to finish. Would 100% stay again. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Martha’s place! The flat is lovely, and it’s such a pleasure to enjoy a coffee or tea while taking in the amazing view. It’s very quiet, yet just a 2-minute walk to shops and restaurants. Martha was very responsive and kind. Highly recommended!

Had a fantastic time at the Neet. It really was a perfect place to stay especially if you are visiting Bude. We brought our 2 dogs and the garden was a great place for them to stretch their legs, fully enclosed and huge. On arrival, Lisa met us and explained everything, we also had fresh eggs and scones. The place was spotless, cosy and had everything you need from an Airbnb. Highly recommended !
