Ponderita farms - peaceful getaway in Anderson, TX

Our 3-room private suite and adjacent pool in Anderson, TX is the perfect place for a country getaway. Our place features wide open views far from the city crush. The living room, dining room, and kitchenette are included in one open area. The bedroom is separate and includes a queen-size bed. There is a hallway leading from the living area to the full bath which includes a small closet for clothing. Here you will also find extra blankets, pillows, and linens for the queen air mattress.

Unique, comfortable urban style loft located in a commercial honey extracting and packing facility on our honey farm. We renovated our office space on the second floor of our Honey House to make a memorable one of a kind vacation stay on our farm. Sleep above where we extract and pack our honey, sit on our screened in porch and enjoy a beautiful view of our farm, visit WildFlyer Mead's tasting room, picnic and BBQ, stroll through our community garden, and shop at our historical honey shop!

Relax and recharge on our secluded 20-acre property. This modern and luxurious Yurt w/ King bed, Spa like shower and separate toilet, AC, 5G, ROKU TV, Fridge, Kitchenette w/coffee, teas, condiments and Smores! Bask in nature with a large deck overlooking the pond/pasture w/hot tub, outdoor shower, Blackstone grill and fire table. Bernhardt Winery is a mile away and Ren Fest is under 10 miles away. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish cabin in the forest. It's only walking distance to the beautiful Lone Star Trail in Sam Houston National Forest. This forest cabin has access to a fishing pier that is fully stocked with native fish (no license required); please follow lake rules. Bring your kayaks and paddleboards to enjoy the lake. There's lots of scenery (forests, wildlife, lakes, countryside, etc.); you never know what you can capture, so bring your camera!

Come stay with us at the 30 Fold Farm; located just 23 minutes from the Texas A&M campus. We are located directly off highway 30, allowing for quick access to Huntsville, B/CS, or the new Aggie Express to north Houston. Our home is a great spot for a weekend visit to college station, or even a personal retreat. We are a working farmstead with chickens, gardens and Scottish Highland cattle on 15 acres. We’ve got everything you need for a great stay.
