Located near downtown Springfield, IL and many Abraham Lincoln attractions. Deer often walk around the property which is on a quiet dead-end residential street. From the owners of The Nest, we introduce Park Place. Completely remodeled 2BR 2BA unit located in a very quiet neighborhood in Franklin Park near Lake Springfield. Large spacious unit with vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace and private deck and grill. The master bath has a custom tiled jacuzzi tub. You are steps from a large open park with a covered pavilion and playground. UIS ball fields are within walking distance . We offer a full kitchen, washer dryer units and a 2 car garage.

The Flat

A historic mid-1800’s building on the Petersburg Square! Guests will enjoy the entire apartment-loft which includes private Queen bedroom and private bath. The main living area features a full kitchen, dishwasher, 1/2 bath and washer & dryer. Accommodates up to six guests (airbeds, sofa bed pull out). Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, or marijuana) is not permitted inside the space. Failure to follow this policy may result in additional cleaning fees.

Our Bunkhouse is cozy but spacious. There's one private bedroom, and a Queen Murphy bed in the living room. 15 minutes from Springfield, and close to several great local dining establishments. No need to strip beds, or take out garbage. That's our job. Your job is to unwind and enjoy the stay.
