While staying, cook your meals in the robust tiny kitchen featuring a Cuisinart micro/oven with cookware to prepare meals, a coffee maker, hot pot, toaster, cooktop. Work in the dedicated workspace. The large bathroom and dressing room are separated from a private toilet room. The queen bed was replaced on June 9, 2026 . The tv area has a pop up table for dining. The laundry room is free to use. First this is a private apt. It is not shared with anyone ! A beautiful little cozy spot with a kitchen with all the ammedities . Skylights make this place a bright cheerful place no matter what the season. Washer and dryer with a large walk in closet .A train goes through about a mile away a few times a day. You can hear it from a distance. I myself don't even notice it, but wanted to note it . WE DO NOT BOOK TO LOCALS! You must speak with me first unless approved.
