This lovely apartment is on the second floor of an 1873 Victorian mansion on the North side of town. Very conveniently located about halfway between downtown and Skidmore College. This clean, quiet, owner-occupied house has 2 other apartments. The classic Saratoga front porch, sunny patio in back, and small yard are shared with the host. Kitchen has a small cafe table, dishes/utensils, dishwasher. Bathroom has a deep tub/shower, you’ll have to lift your knee to step in. Memory Foam mattress.

Picturesque location on farmland with views of the mountains. We are a micro farm. Wake up and watch the sunrise and go for a short hike on the property, and get to know the animals. We are located 35 minutes from Saratoga Springs and Lake George, NY and 45 minutes from Dorset and Manchester, VT. Hike the Adirondack or Green Mountains, paddle the streams or go to a nearby small city for a play, a festival, or a concert. There is a long list of things to do and see within an hour of us!

This is a bright and airy carriage house located on the second floor in a quiet walkable neighborhood. Living room has a drop down movie screen, brand-new sofa with chaise and pull out queen sized bed. Galley kitchen is new with a Smeg stove and oven, dishwasher. Bedroom has a queen size adjustable bed, 52 inch TV with wifi and cable. The bathroom has a soaking tub and a walk in shower a vanity with double sinks. Our home is located in a peaceful quiet family friendly development that's close to restaurants, entertainment, family activities just minutes from downtown Saratoga, nightlife, Saratoga Springs Racetrack and Saratoga Performing Arts Center. You’ll love our house because it is comfortable, and the location is close enough to be at the racetrack in 15 minutes. We have a back deck with outdoor set for dining, nice back yard with automatic sprinklers.

Cool country home, Linda’s Studio

Linda’s Studio is the lower level, with a private entrance (I live upstairs). The studio is spacious and open. The living room has a sofa and chair and television. There’s a dining area, and a place just to have coffee. The bedroom is large, and has a nice double bed. Plenty of space for your luggage. The bathroom is spacious, with an antique tub and shower, heat lamp, and sink. Toiletries available for your use.

This beautiful Vermont home sits on 25 acres with spectacular views. We moved this sugar house structure to this land and had an architect adapt it to its surroundings. It has three walls of windows that display the amazing views. The house is surrounded by Mount Anthony hiking trails and a gorgeous pond. The location is a 5 minute drive to town or a lovely 20 minute walk.
