Peter Ski Area, Mountain Creek Resort and Ski Campgaw.

Seven bedrooms and four baths in a renovated stone house in Monroe, with a private backyard and a covered porch that looks out at the lake through the trees. Sleeps twelve: five king rooms, a queen, and a bunk room with two single bunk beds. Gather in the great room around the wood-burning fireplace, cook in the full kitchen, and eat together at tables that seat the group. Kids get a playroom and a playset. Adults get a gym, a massage chair and a fire pit. Dogs under 45 pounds are welcome.

It is also a 2 minute drive from the NY Presbyterian Hudson Valley Hospital perfect for Traveling Nurses and other short-term healthcare professionals. The neighborhood is quiet and situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, so there is no through traffic, suitable for walking your dog.
