5 stars! This stay was everything we hoped for and more. The host was incredibly responsive and made the entire experience smooth and welcoming. The home itself is beautiful, spotless, and perfectly maintained. The view of the Motif #1 was absolutely stunning—such a special treat to wake up to each day. The bed was super comfy too, which made our stay even more relaxing. Highly recommend!

Our first trip to the Boston area couldn’t have been better! This Airbnb was absolutely perfect for our family of four. The bedroom I stayed in had its own balcony with a beautiful ocean view—ideal for peaceful summer mornings or warm, relaxing nights. The open-concept living room and kitchen gave us plenty of space to unwind after a day of exploring. But what really sets this place apart are two unbeatable features: first, you won’t find easier access to public transportation—there’s a bus stop just a 30-second walk away that takes you right into Boston. Second, the hosts, Milan and Anna, were some of the kindest and most helpful we’ve ever met. Their local tips made our stay even better. Great amenities, smartTV, updated shower, dishwasher, laundry, grill available to use, etc. Right next to the house is a beautiful walkway that stretches down the beachfront of Winthrop. We’re already talking about coming back as the Boston area is second to none!

This was the perfect place for our family. Comfortable bedrooms and twin beds for the kids. Right across the street from the beach and a playground. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

We had a great time in Nahant and will definitely be coming back. B’n’B was very cozy and homey. We loved the porch and being able to use the grill, we used it both nights we stayed. The hot tub was also super easy to use and was perfect after a day of walking around Boston. Elyse also had bikes that we used to go for a trip around the island. It was a wonderful stay!

I can’t say enough about this beautiful home in Rockport. The view alone was worth every penny, but the comfortable and stylishly furnished space made it the perfect getaway for our family. Andree gave us great recs for dining, activities etc and was available when we had a question about the property. Already looking forward to another family trip to this lovely spot! It’s truly a gem.

This was a perfect location for a long weekend getaway! Proximity to public transportation makes this place an awesome option for Boston travels, the ocean is absolutely gorgeous! I ran the Boston marathon on my visit and the hot tub was incredible for recovery! The bed is so comfortable and even though we didn’t cook anything, we easily could have! Having a washer and dryer in the unit available meant that I don’t have piles of laundry to do when I get home!

Stayed with a friend in April and it was perfect for our needs. We had a comfy room each and pleasant living space and patio. Bathroom was small but it didn’t matter. Shops and cafes and harbor all very close walk away. There’s a good place on Tuna Wharf to hire ebikes and kayaks to get around, too. No need for a car really. We arrived on the train to Rockport - station is about 15 mins walk away and there’s a good grocery store next to the station.

this place is a hidden gem. I absolutely love it my absolute favorite place in this area can't wait to return. hostess is awesome she gave recommendations to awesome restaurants and things to do. condo was clean I truly love this place

Absolutely perfect we had a wonderful stay this weekend. Great location, beautiful area so safe and clean. The house was prestige free of clutter and having everything you could need for a stay. The attention to detail was wonderful. beds were super comfortable furniture was comfortable pretty and clean. So close to the ocean just a few steps to the sand and a nice pathway right onto the beach. We will definitely be staying here again if we get the chance, I would highly suggest this home to anyone who is looking for a great place thank you so much for such a wonderful stay🤩

What a treat to spend a couple of days at this wonderful home. The house itself is very nice, comfortable and well stocked, but walking out to the back deck and seeing the river with all of its wildlife was amazing. So peaceful and quiet, a great place for a morning coffee or afternoon wind down. I will definitely be back, highly recommend!

This was our 3rd year renting, and we’ve already booked for the 4th year! That pretty much says it all! It’s our favorite long weekend of the year. You will not be disappointed.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Airbnb! From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how sparkling clean the house was – a huge plus for us. The location is truly special; the views of the pond and the surrounding wildlife were unmatched. Every morning, we enjoyed watching the birds and other animals right from the window. Bruce and Ki were exceptional hosts. They were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure my mom, sister, and I had everything we needed. Their attentiveness and care made us feel right at home. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and serene escape. It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature, with hosts who genuinely care about your experience. We can't wait to come back!

My husband and I were getting married and in his mind it is customary to not see the bride until she walks down the aisle! On my mind…I didn’t just want to come home, as we live together, just like any other night. I took my mother with me the night before our wedding and fell in love with this cute, quiet place with a gorgeous view, again nothing too far from our venue. We had worked out a little confusion on communication, we were great and going to have the cutest little house overlooking a pond/lake! My mother loved it and my husband loved it as well. It was very well kept, gorgeous view out the ceiling to floor windows! Private, quaint, easy to get to, quiet….just super cute all around! My husband and I do Airbnb‘s a couple times a year….if we were to look for some place close to home, we would definitely love to stay here again! Everything was great!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The first floor rooms felt bigger than the photos indicated, and the house has beautiful views of the ocean and a peaceful neighborhood to walk in with our 5 and 7 year old. It was a four minute drive away from the seacoast science center too where our kids were going for camp, and only ten min to downtown Portsmouth and overall is the perfect beach house, with a bathroom immediately off the back entrance of the house for easy changing after beach visits. Also loved the separate sun porch so we could really have separate living quarters when the kids were sleeping upstairs. Only downside is we didn't have control of the heat pump so had to message when we wanted the temp changed. But otherwise, we loved it and will be booking again if we ever return for the kids camp!

Anne’s place is an amazing old ocean front home. I was so excited to experience staying there, as we have no houses like this where I’m from. The ocean views are amazing from the porch, the upstairs bedrooms, and the crow’s nest. We watched seals and eider and mergansers and loons. It was also great to people watch from the front porch as lots of dog walkers walked by. We rock scrambled at low tide and got out to Brant Rock. Anne was super responsive and quick to answer questions when we first checked in. The house is old, quirky, and beautiful. The updated bathrooms are gorgeous. We cooked breads and lasagna and lots of other stuff and had all the pots, pans, and baking pans that we needed (which is rare in an Airbnb). Really lovely stay in a really lovely home. The perfect place to ring in the New Year with people I love.

Had a wonderful stay. Great location right on the beach. Condo was very nice and well equipped.. Sean was a great host. Would definitely stay there again.

Christina's property was a wonderful place to escape to for a few days! It is the perfect size for 1-2 people, has everything you need, and the view is unbeatable. The parking space is incredibly convenient and the location of the property provides easy access to the rest of Bearskin Neck and Rockport proper. I hope to stay here again in the future!

This is a way to truly get away. The studio was gorgeous, the bed was incredibly comfortable and having the ocean right outside was amazing. We only booked for a weekend, but I wish we had booked for a week - so amazing!! Everything was perfect!!

WONDERFUL location.....within walking distance to everything, Hanover Street, waterfront, even Boston Commons & the finish line were walkable Marathon Week (with a bit more effort & fit participants), YAY! The North End is a fun place to be and Bill and Kristy's place is very convenient to everything! GREAT Restaurants in the North End and Kristy's recommendations were spot on (reservations were a MUST, made weeks ahead.....again, Marathon Week)! If you'd rather make a meal at "home" that's totally doable at Bill & Kristy's place, too......everything is available that you might need. GREAT trip......Thanks!

Clean and comfortable. The Sunrise view from the bed was beautiful. It was low season and the noise from the road was noticeable in the daytime but quiet in the morning and evening. Not many restaurants open at this time but I expected this. I recommend this accommodation for a relaxing stay. Great location and beach walkability. The hosts were very responsive. It was a perfect 2 nights for me.
