Plenty of space and privacy in this cottage over looking the fields and pond. Sit back and relax watching the horses and goats graze. Located minutes away from Oak Ridge/Clinton/Knoxville. Melton Hill lake has outdoor activities, restaurant & nice walking trail and is 10 minutes away. University of TN is 23 minutes away and Oak Ridge is 13 minutes. The 16’ ceilings make this 480 sq. ft. space feel enormous. The Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, keurig, microwave & convection oven combo.

The Ambleside Cottage offers full privacy for a single or a couple looking for a serene getaway surrounded by the beauty of the Appalachian mountains. This magical cabin is conveniently located for travelers, yet Ambleside feel like a remote retreat nestled in the woods above Elk Fork Creek. The Cottage is an adorable tiny house, offering 500 square feet of living space with a kitchenette, a sitting area, and a bathroom with a shower. The queen-size bed is upstairs in the sleeping loft.

This cute little house is perfect for a single guest or couple and one child. We are located in a quiet neighborhood with access to I 75 and downtown Knoxville within minutes. Enjoy the many things to see and do in and around Knoxville and then come back and relax in our little dwelling.

Located behind our 1930’s farmhouse, the Gilcrest Cottage is a newly re-designed and renovated space offering privacy and peace to any traveler wanting to explore Knoxville, Powell, or Norris Lake! We are centrally-located to UT/downtown (9min), TYS airport (12min), and the Smokey Mountains (45min) for your next East Tennessee adventure! Our Quirks: - We are a family of 8 with small kids and live above the studio... there will be some noise during the day from about 7am 'till about 8pm. - no TV. - no laundry - The cooking space is a kitchenette.

The home backs the Appalachia Trail Mountain Range. There is county authorized, public road access for ATVs (All Terrain Vehicles) to the Wind Rock ATV Park and the City of Rocky Top, TN. (windrockpark.com) The home is close to the interstate. Norris Dam, Norris Lake access and Norris Dam State park are less than a 10 minute drive. Many other local attractions. This is a nice, private getaway.

This is a well appointed delightful, completely and comfortably furnished SMOKEFREE 2 bedroom, one bath apartment located on the ground floor of our house. The surroundings include over an acre of thickly wooded area with ample parking for both cars and boats. About one half mile down the road is the very upscale Twin Cove marina. We do not allow animals.
