The property is close to downtown Newport & ideally located between three beaches. The cozy unit has a queen bed, full bath & kitchenette with coffee maker, fridge, and toaster oven. There is a small deck with ocean views, access to ocean front, outdoor shower and off street parking. We provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella and towels.

Lovely Private Setting, walk to beach.

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly. There's a $25 charge for a second dog.

Our wonderful chalet, close to the water, and a private beach within a 5 min walk, is an ideal escape destination for any couple or family. Our open A-framed home has 3 bedroom, 2 bath, with a jacuzzi and comfortable beds and linens. It's well prepared for families. We have beach gear along with a backyard with a picnic table and large Weber grill. Our place is a 4 min drive from Historic Wickford with great restaurants. We are sure you will love our vacation home as much as we do!

This is a quintessential Jamestown, RI beach house!! Located 4 houses from Narragansett Bay and 1 mile to the famous "Sunset Beach" (thus all the sunset pictures), you can ride bikes or drive to beach, come home for lunch/nap and return in the afternoon or sunset cocktails! Note: This house is not winterized—it does not have a heating system. Electric baseboard is not connected to power. Window AC in living/dining and each bedroom.
