XNA airport and Osage house are under 7 miles and downtown Bentonville under 8. We live on the same property in a separate house, that is not facing the Barndominium.

You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

The Shack

Relax in this rennovated studio near the Beaver Shores community and Beaver Lake. The house is a quick drive away from the lake, 10 minutes from downtown Rogers, 20 minutes to the Walmart Amp, and is the perfect getaway for those looking to decompress. The Shack is a fully functional living space - complete with a driveway long enough to back in your boat, WiFi, full kitchen and bath, laundry, pull-out sleeper couch, two TVs and a separate master bed area with a beautiful pine feature wall.

We are located on the Little Sugar biking trail & are a short drive to downtown Bentonville. You may, however, want to stay & enjoy the large deck with Adirondack chairs and a fire pit, soak in the large hot tub that comfortably seats 4, or take your time in the walk-in shower made for 2. We have plenty of options to create lifetime memories at our Small Escape!

Enjoy all NWA has to offer while staying in a detached studio apartment located in a private seven house subdivision. Our “bee” themed rental is just 1 mile from I-49 and one 1.5. miles from the Amp. Central to Crystal Bridges, Top Golf, Walmart home offices. Bedding is: 1 queen bed, full size sofa bed, and twin mattress (stored under the queen bed). We're right off of the Razorback Greenway bike/walk trail & about a mile from Walmart HO.
