The Couch can be converted into an additional bed, allowing for for 6 guests. Open and inviting space w/ 10' Ceilings . There are smart TVs in both bedrooms, living and dining room. Kitchen has Induction Stove, dishwasher, microwave, plates, glasses, silverware, pots, pans and much more. Complimentary Coffee, bathroom supplies - toothpaste, toothbrush ,soap and shampoo

Chestnut Ridge Retreat

Guest love the peace and the views here at our retreat. Enjoy a morning or evening in the hot tub, sun on the pool deck and swim in warm weather. Build a fire and relax in the pavilion by the fireplace or sit around the fire pit. Guests comment that they sleep so well in the room. Walk to property to see the chickens, horse and donkey. Just a great place to just relax! We have added a small chair that converts to a bed (not very comfy) if you are traveling with kids - we can squeeze 3 in.

Cherokee Lake and Holston River are within minutes if you like to fish or boat. Hiking, kayaking and other nature activity is all around us here in Tennessee. Conveniently located an hour from Knoxville, Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge areas & about 45min from Johnson City, Kingsport, and Bristol. We are situated in the middle so you can go either way without a lot of driving. This is an easy stop-over if you are traveling 81 and just need a sweet place to rest in your journey. We take great care to foresee any need you may have while staying with us.

Our Mountain Chalet is the Perfect GETAWAY. Best location to stay in our ENTIRE Area. We are in the city limits of Kingsport, 3 miles from downtown. A DOG MUST BE PRE-APPROVED and there will be an additional pet fee. I do not charge a cleaning fee as long as guest leave place clean as found. Charter cable TV and WIFI access provided. Also located on our 6-acre estate is another BNB rental the "BEARFOOT RETREAT", a 3BR house should a larger group want to stay close together.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cottage located in the hills of Upper-East Tennessee. Enjoy a great view from back deck - see deer and other wildlife. Make smores as you enjoy the picnic area and fire-pit. Located close to Bay's Mountain Park, Meadowview Conference Center, and Kingsport Aquatic Center. Just 1/2 mile off of I-26. Listing is available for longer term executive rentals with access to garage and storage.

A Stay On Brentwood

This location is in the heart of Morristown with a variety of restaurants and quick access to interstate 40 and interstate 81. With the Néw interstate access, the drive to pigeon Forge is about 45 but could be longer depending on traffic. Guest are encouraged to allow more time during peak season ( March- December ) This listing is NOT a good fit for small or toddler children because of the kitchenette and fireplace.
