Very clean and spacious apartment with all the useful amenities. Very practical assigned parking spot and really helpful hosts.

This is my second time here so obviously I think it's great. It's well-maintained, comfy, and in a beautiful hilly area. The studio is attached to her home but is on its own level and has no door leading to her house. For an attached unit, it feels pretty private. I didn't have a car and that worked out fine because I'm okay with hill climbing. It's about a 12 min walk to a grocery store and some restaurants, 20 min walk to the LA river and the coffee shops along it. Adrien was kind and a wonderful host!

We had a great stay at John’s house. It was so clean and very comfortable. We went to Disneyland for three days and it was so easy to get there. It was nice to have the Jacuzzi after a long day of walking. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Disneyland.

We really enjoyed our stay at Taylor's place. The kitchen was well-stocked, everything was immaculately clean, and the location was perfect for exploring LA. Taylor was kind enough to let us check in early, and answered questions quickly. Additionally, the check-in instructions were very easy to follow, and everything in the house was clearly labeled. We would definitely stay here again.

Nestled right next to his breathtaking castle, this home is a true masterpiece—combining elegance, comfort, and a sense of grandeur that is simply unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and generosity, a reflection of James himself—an incredible soul whose kindness and hospitality made our experience even more special. Every detail in the home is thoughtfully curated, from the exquisite decor to the impeccable cleanliness and comfort. The ambiance is both luxurious and inviting, offering the perfect blend of history and modern convenience. Waking up to the stunning surroundings felt like stepping into a fairytale, and every moment spent here was an absolute delight. James’ home is more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience, a retreat, and a privilege. We are already looking forward to returning and cannot recommend it highly enough! Beds are super comfortable.

This little place is one of my all-time favorite LA airbnb rentals--incredible views and lots of natural light, very private, kitchen was well-equipped, host was very helpful and responsive. It's very close to WeHo shops and restaurants and also just a short drive up Laurel Canyon to Mulholland and some beautiful hiking trails. I'd definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay! The house is new, clean, and beautiful. The host was very kind and gave us, detailed instructions for check-in, which made everything easy. Stayed here for over a week and loved it! Located a few minute walk away from a grocery store and restaurants, it's also walkable to The Grove and other sites near mid-Wilshire. The apartment itself is clean & modern, and exactly as pictured. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, cooking supplies (including oil & spices), cleaning supplies, and same with the bathroom amenities. There were also extra towels and blankets in the roomy walk-in closet, and super convenient having a gym and trash chutes in the building. Also no issues at all with air conditioning/heater and hot water. The hosts were wonderful - responsive, extremely helpful & accommodating when possible. The only setback during the stay (which was out of the hosts' control) was when the building's fire alarm falsely rang 3 separate times - once even at midnight, so hopefully the building fixes this issue soon. Other than that, I always felt safe and would recommend for anyone looking for a home away from home in LA!

Great stay - impeccably clean, convenient setup, walkable to Americana and restaurants (Regent coffee is amazing!), and I couldn't resist using the facilities - the deck and the gym. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay here, the view is beautiful and the place was extremely clean. Parking was great and it was private.

Nic was a great host with the best of attentions. Instructions for entry and exit were very clear and easy to follow. The whole apartment was beautiful, cozy and pristine. Location is also great, being near all the classic spots you might wanna check out on a trip to LA but also close to great local recommendations (some of them provided by Nic himself) and the cherry on top is the available parking inside the building because renting a car is a must when going to Los Angeles. Undoubtedly we will be staying at Nic´s again.
