Dog friendly annex to historic Heathpark House

“Cosy but spacious, peaceful, very clean and full of character,” say guest reviews. This is a private cottage annex to a historic 1830s home, set in grounds surrounded by tall trees. Watch red squirrels and birds through the big window in your kitchen-diner. Come home to a hot woodstove, bath with powerful overhead shower, fluffy towels, and a lodge-style bedroom with luxurious kingsize bed. It's a great base for the wild Cairngorms, forest walks, Glamis, Scone and more. Dogs stay at no charge.

Two of the double bedrooms are on the ground floor which is useful for people with restricted mobility.

Part of a former manor house built in 1789, this private cottage is located in a delightful walled garden only a couple of minutes walk from the town centre. A woodburning stove has been recently installed. The property is ideally located to enjoy the best of Perthshire and has easy access onto the Cateran Trail. Perth and Dundee are both easily accessible and 30 minutes will take you to the ski slopes of Glenshee.

The cottage boasts stunning views across the peaceful Perthshire countryside and is situated just 2 miles from the town of Blairgowrie and a 35 minute drive from Glenshee. Patio doors at the back of the cottage open to a spacious garden which provide a great place to relax and enjoy a panoramic view of the beautiful surroundings.
