Villa Onda is the perfect spot to enjoy holidays with your loved ones. The house comprises spacious indoor areas equipped with top-notch amenities, a heated outdoor pool, a summer kitchen with a BBQ, and a garden. The villa consists of 2 separate accommodation units. The main accommodation unit has a spacious kitchen with a dining and living room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The second unit comes with a studio configuration, including a living space, a bed space, a kitchen, and a bathroom.

This holiday home is almost 70 years old and is located near Rovinj, with a 5 minutes drive from the sea and beaches. You have at disposal almost 8000m2 of countriside. It is a one floor house of 120 m2 decorated with a mix of antique and modern furniture, suitable for 5 guests. There are the kitchen, lounge area , two bathrooms, king bedroom for three persons and second bedroom with a double bed. Both bedrooms have terrase. You can enjoy arround a new swimming pool. Swimm and bath.

All YOU NEED-NEW Cute Studio 5minutes to beach

In the quiet place in town Rovinj is fully and new equipped studio apartment with another apartment further. It is simple, but practically furnished with covered terrace which overlooks at the street. It is at the second floor of the house.This apartment is only a few meters (5 minutes) by walk to the beautiful sandy and rocky beaches and about 20minutes to walk to the city center.

Rovinj Room with 2 pools

The house is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, just a couple of minutes walking from the pedesitran area and about 10-15 minutes from the beaches. Guests have access to two swimming pools. Room is located on the 1st floor, overlooking the pools. It has a private bathroom and terrace. There is no kitchen but there is a small fridge and water kettle.
