The Kaufland store and shopping center RETAIL PARK Rovinj is 650 meters away. At the end of the street a minute walk (60 meters) from the apartment there is free secured PARKING for your car. At the entrance to the city in a very quiet environment is our charming stone house surrounded by a large garden where you will have peace and privacy, and in just a few minutes drive you will be on the beach or downtown. One of the great restaurants is nearby. The house is spacious with a large veranda where you will enjoy overlooking the beautiful garden. In the house you have everything that will allow you a pleasant stay.

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. If you have someone along who would like to camp in the garden, feel free to do so. Just make sure to note this in reservation. Warm welcome!
