As you step into this new cozy retreat, you'll be greeted by stunning views of the sea visible from your balcony. Our location is an ideal base for your stay in Rovinj, just a 10-minute walk from the vibrant town center and a leisurely stroll to the nearest beach.

This holiday home is almost 70 years old and is located near Rovinj, with a 5 minutes drive from the sea and beaches. You have at disposal almost 8000m2 of countriside. It is a one floor house of 120 m2 decorated with a mix of antique and modern furniture, suitable for 5 guests. There are the kitchen, lounge area , two bathrooms, king bedroom for three persons and second bedroom with a double bed. Both bedrooms have terrase. You can enjoy arround a new swimming pool. Swimm and bath.
