This simple 3 bedroom (one king bed, one queen bed, one single) house has a large section, lots of parking, and a large deck. All cooking utensils, bedding and towels provided.

Overlooking the estuary and Bream Bay, this young holiday home in Waipu is elevated just above Cove Road, the main road between Waipu town and Waipu Cove. Beautiful ocean views from the main room and all three bedrooms. Please note that our parking platform is best for 2 cars only. There is NO street parking available on roadside. ***Please note: if your preferred dates are not available, check out our other place not far away in Mangawhai called Luxe at the Lake.

Set on a small lifestyle block just 10 minutes drive from Waipu Cove beach and 6-7 minutes from iconic Waipu Village. A lovely fully equipped modern cottage in a rural setting on the beautiful Kaipara Harbour (only 90 mins north of Auckland). Peaceful and private, you can lounge on the bean bags on the deck, or watch the tui as you soak in the bath. Native bush runs down to an estuary outside your floor to ceiling windows. Sheep, dogs, ducks and birdlife share the property with you as well as the occassional peacock harem.
