For the culturally interested, Louisiana Art Museum and Ordrupgård is only 15min away. Bus and train easily accessible and parking spot right in front of the house. The house has both floor heating and a fireplace/stove and consists of a large bedroom/living room with one dobbeltbed and one singlebed; and possibility for two additional madrases on the floor. It also has a bathroom with a shower and a washingmashine and a large well equiped kitchen and dining area.

There are 2 bedrooms, a living room with a sleeping couch, and a modern kitchen with washer and dryer. The bathroom is renovated and new. The apartment is 80 m2 and in the lower part of the house, totally separated and quiet. There is a beautiful courtyard with table and chairs where you can enjoy your privacy.

Dejligt, praktisk og lyst rækkehus i roligt kvarter, tæt på skov i hyggelige Espergærde. Huset har alt hvad I har brug for, det er nemt at bruge og har egen parkeringsplads. Hop på toget direkte til København, tag på Espergærde Strand, besøg Louisiana eller Kronborg i Helsingør: mulighederne er mange. Glem ikke et besøg i Espergærde Havn: smuk udsigt og hyggelige restauranter. Vær opmærksom på at der i huset bor en dejlig kat, Pus, på 10 år. Hun går selv ind og ud af kattelemmen.

Ålabodarna Seaside is a wonderful small house right by the sea in the picturesque fishing village south of Helsingborg.
