It is located across from Rushford Lake 1/2 mile from Balcom Beach Rd boat launch and is less than a mile from The Country Store & Dollar General. This charming & inviting 4 bedroom home can accommodate sleeping arrangements for up to 14 guests.A spacious entranceway that's furnished as a family/game room. A fully stocked kitchen, large spacious living room with tv/wifi internet. One full bathroom with tub/shower.

This cozy retreat is perfect for a getaway or to be near skiing, hunting (lots of public land nearby), or Houghton U. & Letchworth. It has a fully stocked kitchen, the master bedroom has a queen bed, and the loft has two twin beds. The living room is comfortable, and it is quiet!!! Hunters, check out the map in the pics. Even though you get the full "cabin life" experience, there's a full bathroom, Wi-Fi, and maybe amenities that make a start here comfortable and relaxing. Enjoy your stay!

Onsuite master has a second electric fireplace and deck access.
