Come for the experience and stay for the comfort. A two-bedrooms guest house, which was recently built in the backyard of our house, is available for you to experience Sydney livings. The property is in a safe and quiet neighbourhood, is 10 minutes walk to the bus and light rail, to the local groceries, takeaway foods and coffee shops. It is also a short driving distance to the Carlingford and Paramatta shopping centres. A continental breakfast is complemented to our guests for your convenience.

Convenient access to Coles, Asian Grocery, IGA and Chemists 20 mins from Accor Stadium via car 30 mins to the city via Metro. 6 mins drive to Curzon Hall.

Bus stop, shops, restaurants and brewery a 10 or so minute walk, with beach close by. Breakfast items (eggs, milk, bread, cereal, tea, coffee) are provided. Outdoor smoking area available. This house is on a quiet street and close to Parramatta riverside walk track. Aldi supermarket and Ryde Aquatic Center are only mintues walk.
