We loved our stay. The property was a wonderful home from home in a beautiful setting. It was perfect for all of our family as we celebrated a special birthday. Mant thanks Katie for all of your prompt and helpful communications.

Lovely clean property and a stone throw from the village high street which had lovely Pubs and shops. Lovely area to walk your dogs if you have any. Throughly enjoyable stay

Had a lovely stay in a beautiful static caravan. Everythjng was clean and tidy. Its not just an empty house there were things in there for everyone to enjoy such as a dolls house and board games. We were told we were welcome to use anything. There were all the kitchen essientials and more ready and available for use aswel as tea and coffee. We could tell roxanne puts alot of effort into looking after her guests. Only stayed 2 nights wish we were there longer. The perfect little get away. And very wrll cared for and looked after Thanks Roxanne!

Can’t recommend enough, Liz and Oliver are lovely people and make you feel right home, great stay in large super clean comfortable room.

Really enjoyed our stay. The barn was beautiful. The beds were really comfortable. The welcome hamper was amazing, cracking wine 🍷 🙏🏻 Alison was friendly and checks in on us while giving us plenty of space too. A really great base to explore West Sussex and Hampshire. Easy to find and tons to do locally. Thanks for a lovely stay 🙏🏻

This was a great stay for us as a last minute booking for one night. Great beds. Everyone slept well. Shower in every room was convenient. Cooked breakfast was great! Helen also went the extra mile providing an iron and printing something off for me. Highly recommended!!

Holly’s coach house was warm & welcoming . We had clear instructions regarding the check in & helpful information on local pubs and places to visit. We especially loved the Hare & Hounds in nearby Stoughton. The location is perfect for Kingley Vale, South Downs & the South Coast . We especially enjoyed walking to Bow Hill straight from the door . We also loved West Wittering beach which was a short drive away. East Marden is a beautiful small village with a lovely church & a thatched village well across the road to the coach house. Holly kindly provided some lovely extra treats in addition to the Continental breakfast . Thank you 🙏. We would love to return as we have family nearby.

Lovely clean and comfortable apartment right by the sea and a pleasant 40 minute walk to the historic dockyard. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable for a short stay for two people, with plenty of pubs and places to eat to choose from in the nearby area, we would definitely stay there again!

We had a lovely stay at Diana’s and would definitely stay again. Nothing was too much trouble, Hythe village is walkable and the apartment was lovely - extremely well appointed and even better than the photos.

Great stay at Eileen's place over New Year. The flat was really warm, hot water from the combi boiler, powerful showers, really spacious. Absolutely everything was provided - shampoo, soap, dishwasher tablets, washing tablets, cleaning fluids, cling film, silver foil, coffee, tea, butter. So lovely to get a welcome pack on arrival - bottle of sparkly, crisps, chocolates, biscuits, bread, milk. Fabulous location for Ventnor town and Ventnor beach.

sehr sehr schöne private und vor allem saubere unterkunft mit eigener parkgarage und eigenem lift für das arpartement. super aussicht aufs wasser, man kann viele grosse schiffe beobachten. trotz der zentralen lage ist es sehr ruhig. zu fuss kann man in kürzester zeit viele tolle dinge in der nähe entdecken. egal ob aussichtspunkte, shopping oder pubs und restaurants. wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

This was my second stay at John's lovely quiet and spacious flat used as a base whilst visiting my family in Southsea. The location is ideal, together with the designated parking space on site which is a rarity in Southsea. John's lemon drizzle cake, bread and other groceries such as eggs, milk and homemade marmalade were much appreciated after a long journey. There is also a very convenient Coop just around the corner which is open until late.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was only for one night but wished we could stay longer. We had everything we needed. Woke to a nice breakfast and loved spending the morning in the sun admiring the views. Highly recommend.

We had a delightful stay with Clive and Angie. They are very welcoming guests. The room with en suite was perfect for our needs, and made for an affordable weekend visiting the New Forest and Bournemouth. The room was bright and spotlessly clean, with some thoughtful touches. We also enjoyed cereals, fresh fruit, toast and preserves, fresh juice and a good pot of tea for our breakfast. Home from home! The recommendation to visit Friars Cliff on our way home was perfect. Thank you for welcoming us into your home. We would love to visit again.

Julia and Steve's B&B is a perfect getaway in the middle of the New Forest - there were wild horses right outside the house! Rooms are spacious, super clean with comfortable beds and great views out to the forest. Breakfast everyday is delicious and very well organised. Would love to be back soon. Thanks for such a lovely stay!

Had a very peaceful night’s sleep and Amy was a great host. With beautiful walks on the doorstep., it was the perfect stopover.

We were after a relaxing break and that’s exactly what we got. Elaine is a keen gardener and her garden was beautiful. We relaxed watching the garden birds whilst sitting on the amazing window seat. Elaine’s attention to detail is second to none. Elaine made immediate contact and responded promptly to any requests for local advice. She asked about food intolerances and I said so long as there’s plenty of tea and milk we’ll be fine - what a selection of teas, coffees, hot chocolate, milk, jams, marmalade’s, butter, natural yoghurt, orange juice, fresh fruit and the most delicious homemade bread. Elaine and her husband were the perfect hosts and we will be looking to return here in the future. Everything is as described. Would highly recommend. Thank you Elaine and Bruce for your hospitality. Hosts and their place are terrific in every way! Place is just as described, immaculate, comfortable, cheerful and quiet. We bicycled to New Forest. Bicycled to the port. We look forward to staying here again. Big thanks to hosts!!

Just wanted to say how amazing Sophie has been from start to finish. We booked this one year in advance and Sophie was always on hand with any questions. Probably one of the best service we had ever. The place Sophie has is beautiful. The photos do not do this place justice. We thank you for such an amazing safe space to visit.

Had a lovely stay. Melissa and Jonathon were very welcoming, the room and shower room were up a little staircase so it felt private and that we weren't disturbing others. Jonathon gave us an excellent recommendation for food in town and showed us the way through the beautiful groto that is their garden all lit with fairy lights. The cooked breakfast the next morning was delicious and set us up for our Coastal Path walk perfectly.
