Relax at Rye Beach & Portsmouth

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish, quiet space w easy parking. Walk/bike to the beach. Enjoy your private space with dining area, sofa, queen bed and private bath & kitchenette. The space is over 600 sq ft (about twice the size of a hotel room) with plenty of sunshine -- and room to relax on the couch, rest in bed or dine/work at the table. Visit the shops & cafes of Portsmouth. Two bikes & beach chairs. We are close to the beach (we walk there most days) and an easy drive Maine sites.

This weathered lived loved home has been in the family since built in 1908. No relation to a hotel room, but clean, comfy, and convenient location.

Charming one-bedroom, one-bathroom sunny apartment above our garage with a private entrance. Open concept, counter seating for 5 people. New appliances and a cozy table seating area. Pullout queen bed couch. Bedroom with TV and ample drawer space. 1.2 miles to beach, .3 miles to serene wooded walking trails and 4.5 miles to downtown Portsmouth shopping and restaurants. We have 2 very friendly black labs on premises who like to hang out on the property… dog friendly is a must!

Relax by yourself or bring your Besty. This peaceful beach bungalow for 2 is across the street from Wallis Sands Beach with ocean views. Enjoy the beach during the day and listen to the waves roll in at night. Just a short drive to the quaint town of Portsmouth, NH. Note: This property consists of 2 units; the Bungalow is private and has it's own entrance in the back. All guests must be at least 25 years of age. *Winter Rental available January - May*

Summer and Winter rental just a short walk to Jenness Beach. You have everything within walking distance; Surf Shop, Cafe, Pizza Shop, Restaurant and a gorgeous beach. Enjoy breakfast on the deck with a view of the ocean or have a cookout dinner using the grill provided and backyard. Excellent for families or friends! Property has 3 bedrooms and one full bath. Please note the laundry is in the 3/4 basement accessible via a set of narrow stairs.
