Garfield cottage is a historic building located in the heart of this charming township. It is a short walk to several cafes, shops, award winning butcher, Wood fired bakery, Historic picture theatre and country pub. A short drive to Gymbuya World, several wineries and the gateway to Gippsland. The cottage is within 500 metres of the train station and also has convenient access to the freeway so you can head straight into the city or go exploring in the country.
Garfield Cottage is clean and cosy. It has hardwood floors, fireplace and loads of charm. an established private garden. We allow a dog on the condition your furry friend remains outside. Kennel provided.
If you walk down the main street you will find several cafes. The Cannibal Creek bakehouse has one of the best coffee's in the district and is perfect for breakfast or lunch. The closest supermarket is an IGA and is located a 5 minute drive away in the neighboring town of Bunyip.

  • Notre séjour au chalet Garfield a été l'une des meilleures expériences Air bnb que nous ayons jamais eues! Lucy s'est mise en quatre pour nous mettre à l'aise et s'est assurée que nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Le chalet est super confortable, très joliment décoré et d'une propreté impeccable. Il a un magnifique jardin et une cour parfaite pour nos deux chiots. Je ne recommande pas assez cet endroit!

  • Le chalet est un excellent endroit pour rester. Nous voyagions avec un enfant de 6 ans et elle aimait jouer avec tous les jouets et l'espace extérieur était sécurisé, donc elle avait beaucoup de choix de jeu. La maison était si propre et Lucy a une touche si personnelle à la façon dont elle se prépare pour votre séjour. Nous reviendrons certainement au chalet.

    ‘The Chevalier’ - A architecturally designed , eco-friendly ‘Tiny House on Wheels’ nestled in the green, rolling hills of Jindivick. Located perfectly on the Gippsland Food and Wine Trail and well away from all of the hustle and bustle of the CBD. Spend your stay exploring the many attractions that Gippsland has to offer and then come home to your own private getaway overlooking stunning native bush land. Private, cosy and fully equipped with all that you will need to sit back and relax.
    The Tiny House is located at the top section of our property, nestled between two paddocks. With your own parking and large outdoor area, the house is orientated looking down into the valley and offers great views of the Bunyip Forest. As you walk up the ramp and open the large glass double doors, you are met with a lovely lounge area where you can sit an enjoy the view. The lounge area is also home to a beautiful Canadian wood fire place that will keep you toasty warm in winter. To the left, you can head upstairs into the loft area where your queen size beds awaits or downstairs into the bathroom where you have a full size shower, basin and toilet. To the right, you head up onto the landing where you have your own full kitchen complete with gas cooktop, sink, fridge, convection microwave and everything needed to cook up a storm.
    Jindivick is a lovely, small country town that is predominantly used for dairy farming. Considered to be the ‘3 ways’ of Gippsland, the area is 1hr to the snow, 1hr to the coast or 1hr to the city. We are also lucky to be located on the Gippsland Food and Wine Trail and are surrounded by all sorts of winery’s and delicious food destinations.     This place has been a haven for many over the past 25 years & we've loved sharing our home with them all. Now we move into a new phase of inviting others from far & wide to come & stay in any of our 3 Parkside Avenue stay options -all onsite, amidst lush green gardens, a quiet, leafy tree-lined court, on the walking/bike track, only 700m to the shopping centre, great cafes and restaurants. The Queen Room shares a sitting room, utility room, bathroom, toilet, pergola & garden area with 1 room.
    Your hosts, Bill and Leanne, live in the home. The Queen Room, has shared entry at the rear of the house. Long term (longer than 6 days) is not available for this room. We will check you in on arrival, give you a key and show you around as we want to make sure you settle in well. The Queen Room has a QB, seat, heater & pedestal fan. Continental breakfast is available on request. The shared sitting room has recliner chairs, TV with Netflix and Foxtel, heater & pedestal fan. A nice place to relax; maybe have a meal on the recliner while watching a movie! The shared utility room has convection microwave, kettle, toaster, portable hotplates, crockery & cutlery, pots & pan, utensils, dish sink, refrigerator & freezer, washing machine/dryer (clothes line also outside). Basic equipment for simple meal preparation only. You are welcome to use our rear outdoor area; under the pergola with outdoor lounge, dining table & bbq; or sit in the shade of our apricot tree or the soft green grass in the sun. We're on a quiet, beautiful tree-lined street on a no-through road, overlooking a Reserve. On street parking is available for your vehicle. The property is a no pets and no-smoking zone. Our 4.5m swim spa is mostly available for a fee, on request, depending on hosts' availability to set up/pack up the spa for you. Beach towels will be provided
    Parkside Avenue is located in inner Warragul, 700m to the shopping centre and a 15min walk from the train station. Cross our little street and you're right on the walking and bike track that runs north and south through the lovely town of Warragul, linking major parklands, wetlands and playgrounds, including the Leisure Centre and Indoor/Outdoor swimming pools. The track joins the two-towns’ bike and walking trail from Warragul to Drouin. We’re less than a kilometre to our favourite cafes and restaurants. The Country Golf Club with an 18 hole golf course and excellent dining and function centre is only a short stroll along the walking track.

    Situated on a rural property, the renovated weatherboard cottage offers delightful accommodation close to the M1 Princes Highway. Three bedrooms featuring 8 beds.     We are conveniently situated in a very quiet neighbourhood 5 minutes walk from Drouin railway station and shops with a beautiful park is just 200 metres away. We welcome you to our home which is recently renovated and tastefully furnished for your comfort. Drouin is 100 km east of Melbourne and a good stopping off place before entering the city or coming out. Our train service is very good and takes about 1 hour 40 minutes to Melbourne.
    You have your own private room with queen bed, access to the living areas of the house, back garden and secluded deck. A varied choice of fast food outlets, pubs and restaurants is within easy walking distance and more choices are available in Warragul, just 5 minutes drive away.
    Drouin and nearby Warragul offer many choices of pub meals, restaurants, wineries and take away food at reasonable prices. Check out Brandy Creek, Gypsy Creek, Ripplebrook and Wild Dog Wineries for superb local wines and the best of Gippsland produce. Driving to Neerim South, Noojee and Mount Baw Baw Alpine Resort will take you though some of Victoria's best dairy country and mountain scenery.

    This is a self contained tiny house situated among rainforest of the Yarra ranges. The forest surrounds us by three sides. There are plenty of tracks to go walking. So Ideal if your into bird watching, bush walking, or hiking. All our water comes from the little Yarra rivers tributaries so it's clean, untreated and fresh. The house stays very warm in winter and cool in the summer.
    Attn: please know we are taking additional measure to clean and air out our space. And for the next three weeks there is currently a 5 day gap between guest bookings. We have also made sure that there is minimum 24 hours between stays over the coming months. One bedroom split level tiny house, the bed sits in a loft and there is a little bed for a little one also. There is a small bathroom with a shower and bath all hooked up to hot water and a toilet. Kitchen has gas cook top with 3 burners, small fridge and double sink. The kitchen comes fully stocked with utensils, pots and crockery. We also supply oil, salt, pepper, tea, milk and coffee. Wood fire for heating, with a wood fired oven. The space is well insulated so it stays warm and snug. It is also shaded by two beautiful beech trees so stay cool in the summer. The tiny house also has a small desk with Ethernet cable and wireless internet, which reaches throughout the space. So perfect for getting away and getting some work done, writing or music. We have some chickens, geese and a dog on the property. All are very friendly, they might come say hello, but usually keep to themselves. We have one neighbour and the tiny house is situated on the same property as our main house. The french doors open to a private garden shaded by a peach tree.
    There is a large supermarket open 7 days 15 minutes away in Yarra Junction or an organic grocery store open 6 days a week called Village Greens, not open Sundays. Yarra Junction also has a laundromat if need. There are amazing walks and interesting history around the town for you to explore. The Ada tree is also located nearby. A beautiful cafe called Nancy’s of the Valley is located in Yarra Junction that serves delicious drinks and food.

  • Marge's Cottage était sans aucun doute le meilleur B & B où nous ayons séjourné. Cheryl était l'hôte parfait, et après une longue route, c'était tellement agréable d'arriver à la maison confortable, de jouer de la musique, et un gâteau fraîchement cuit! Le chalet était impeccablement propre et plein de petites attentions réfléchies qui ne sont pas passées inaperçues. Nous avons hâte d'y retourner.

  • Nous avons surpris maman avec une escapade pour les filles pour son anniversaire et nous n'aurions pas pu demander une plus belle maison pour y passer. Nous avons adoré et ahhhed sur chaque détail du gâteau carotte cuit à la maison à la belle baignoire donnant sur le paysage incroyable. Nous avons passé une belle nuit, nous avons dîné sur le pont, blotti pour regarder des films et nous avons passé un séjour reposant, j'ai hâte d'y retourner!

  • Nous sommes tombés amoureux de cette petite cabine confortable dès notre arrivée. Le temps était froid et humide pendant tout notre séjour, ce qui a rendu la cabine d'autant plus confortable. Un énorme bonus auquel nous ne nous attendions pas était le foyer extérieur. Nous avons acheté du bois de chauffage près de Druin, qui a duré deux nuits. Ça ne vaut pas mieux que les soirées passées devant un feu, au clair de lune sans aucun son de ville. Nous espérons revenir l'année prochaine. Merci les gars.

    Spacious open plan accommodation situated upstairs in an American Barn style dwelling for 5 guests (minimum guest age 12 and please note listed fee is per couple and for more guests there is an additional cost). Loft space is comprised of 128m2 of living area over a lock up car space set in an acre of garden, with views of our 5 acre property, neighbouring farms, close to Lardner Park event site, two local wineries and very close to the townships of Warragul and Drouin.
    The Barn is a spacious apartment of 12 squares, living area with kitchenette, lounge, dining, desk, TV and reverse cycle heating/cooling. The sleeping area has a ceiling fan, contains a king bed and two singles, all with electric blankets. Our bathroom is of generous proportions, it has a large shower recess with rain shower head.
    We love our beautiful views, glorious sunsets and the chance to see rural farms at work from our Barn. If you want to get out and about lots of local attractions are listed under the " Visit Baw Baw " site as well as local wineries and regular events at Lardner Park.

Now we move into a new phase of inviting others from far & wide to come & stay in any of our 3 Parkside Avenue stay options -all onsite, amidst lush green gardens, a quiet, leafy tree-lined court, on the walking/bike track, only 700m to the shopping centre, great cafes and restaurants. The Double+1 Room shares a sitting room, utility room, bathroom, toilet, pergola & garden area with 1 room.
    Your hosts, Bill and Leanne, live in the home. The Double+1 Room, has shared entry at the rear of the house. Long term (longer than 6 days) is not available for this room. We will check you in on arrival, give you a key and show you around as we want to make sure you settle in well. The Double+1 Room has a (DB + SB) bunk bed, seat, heater & pedestal fan. Continental breakfast is available on request. The shared sitting room has recliner chairs, TV with Netflix and Foxtel, heater & pedestal fan. A nice place to relax; maybe have a meal on the recliner while watching a movie! The shared utility room has convection microwave, kettle, toaster, portable hotplates, crockery & cutlery, pots & pan, utensils, dish sink, refrigerator & freezer, washing machine/dryer (clothes line also outside). You are welcome to use our rear outdoor area; under the pergola with outdoor lounge, dining table & bbq; or sit in the shade of our apricot tree or the soft green grass in the sun. We're on a quiet, beautiful tree-lined street on a no-through road, overlooking a Reserve. On street parking is available for your vehicle. The property is a no pets and no-smoking zone. Our 4.5m swim spa is mostly available for a fee, on request, depending on hosts' availability to set up/pack up the spa for you. Beach towels will be provided.
    Parkside Avenue is located in inner Warragul, 700m to the shopping centre and a 15min walk from the train station. Cross our little street and you're right on the walking and bike track that runs north and south through the lovely town of Warragul, linking major parklands, wetlands and playgrounds, including the Leisure Centre and Indoor/Outdoor swimming pools. The track joins the two-towns’ bike and walking trail from Warragul to Drouin. We’re less than a kilometre to our favourite cafes and restaurants. The Country Golf Club with an 18 hole golf course and excellent dining and function centre is only a short stroll along the walking track.

    Garden Studio We're your hosts, Bill and Leanne, and we live upstairs in the home. The Garden Studio is located at ground level, with private entry at the front of the property. Self check-in is provided with a key safe, however we like to greet you on arrival whenever possible, just to make sure you settle in well. The Garden Studio has a QB, with a SB in an adjoining room. A portable stretcher (adult capacity) is also available, including all linen. A baby portable cot, bath, change table and high chair can be provided on request. Continental breakfast is provided on request. The Studio is self-contained, including kitchen, living, dining areas, with Queen bed, ensuite and an adjoining single room. There is no need for aircon in this cool studio; a fan is provided to move the air around and works a treat. The heater makes the studio warm and toasty for the cooler days. We're on a quiet, beautiful tree-lined street on a no-through road, overlooking a Reserve. On street parking is available for your vehicle. The property is a no pets and no-smoking zone. (Our grandchild, with congenital heart disease, is terrified of most pets, so we don't want to add to his stress and trauma with his knowledge that there is a pet on the property.)
