Huge park nestled alongside the French Broad River. Wonderful views and peaceful hiking.

Our favorite place to climb/fish/hike! Also, spend a minute to meet Del and Marte and grab a beer at the Lilly Pad Hopyard brewery located at the Obed.

Like the name says, this place is BIG! World-class whitewater kayaking, as well as, miles of hiking and the tallest walls to climb in the state! For hiking, we recommend the Honey Creek Loop, rated one of the best hikes in the country!

Like the name says, this place is BIG! World-class whitewater kayaking, as well as, miles of hiking and the tallest walls to climb in the state! For hiking, we recommend the Honey Creek Loop, rated one of the best hikes in the country!
The "Tremont," as the locals call it, is the Middle Prong of the Little River and has some of the best fishing in the park. If you take the road to it's end, you can hike to Rainbow falls (left fork). This is one of our favorite areas in the park!

In the alley, beside the swanky Oliver hotel, look for a glowing red light; if it's on, they're open! Quiet and seats only about 15, it's a very intimate place to relax and have a good cocktail.
