Around 15 mins away, ‘Birchwood’ is a brand new restaurant on the edge of a 46 acres forest. If you are looking for something a bit special and quirky this is an excellent choice. The menu plays host to local cheeses, dairy, wines, spirits, and beer, while many ingredients, such as mushrooms, brambles, elderberries, wood sorrel and birch sap come from the woods, on the steps of the restaurant.
