I would recommend the Bell if you like "quirky" It is fast establishing itself as a lovely local with a twist.(check out the trombone urinals in the gents toilets!) Hidden sitting rooms, great local beer. amazing accommodation (albeit with a hefty price tag) stuffed animals and superb locally sourced food. Comedy nights monthly.

Great pub, excellent food and much of the food locally sourced. Fantastic cosy atmosphere too with roaring fire. Perfect for those wintery evenings. 10 min drive.
