Cet appartement paisible offre un séjour détente pour toute la famille ou les amis. Exposé plein sud, à 5-10 minutes à pied du village de Charmey et des remontées mécaniques, il comprend 2 chambres (1 avec lit king size et bureau, 1 avec 2 lits simples, canapé et TV grand écran), une salle de douche-wc, une cuisine aménagée avec coin repas et une terrasse dont la vue est panoramique. L’appartement est situé au 2ème étage d’un chalet et est accessible par un escalier intérieur (sans ascenseur).

Unser ca. 350 jähriges Bauernhaus enthält ein neurenoviertes Studio. Es liegt etwas über dem Dorf Saanen mit wunderschönem Blick über grosse Teile des Saanenlandes. Mit dem Auto ist es in ca. 5 Min. erreichbar, ob von Schönried oder Saanen herkommend. Zwischendrin die Unterführung mit der Abzweigung zu Unterbort/Abländschen. Immer den Wegweisern „Sonnenhof“ folgen. Die Unterführung ist auch Bushaltestelle. Von dort rechnet man noch 15 Min. zu Fuss bis zum Studio. Abholdienst ist möglich.

The 58-sqm space in a traditional chalet boasts a wraparound balcony of 30 sqm with impressive views. Skiing, cycling and walking are close, with the iconic ambience of Gstaad just close by. Two ski lifts are each 500 m away. The flat is non-smoking and no-pet.

Der liebevoll renovierte Bauwagen mit wunderschöner Panoramascheibe steht auf unserer Obstwiese direkt am Waldesrand mit Weitsicht über die Stockhornkette und das Aaretal. Weg vom Trubel der Stadt ist dies der perfekte Ort, um deiner Seele eine Pause zu gönnen.
