Small perfectly formed Studio

Studio/Cabin with en-suite shower and toilet, kitchen with microwave, fridge, small oven, toaster, kettle, cups and plates provided. Freeview TV, bed linen and towels heating and hot water included. Off road parking with own access to studio, a two minute walk to beach, local shops and Hayling Island beach. Would suit walkers and cyclists to explore the area. Dog allowed. No smoking. A new 5 foot pullout sofa bed has now replaced the old 4 foot bed for a more comfortable, sleeping experience.

This beautifully presented chalet is within an old vineyard in a woodland area on the outskirts of Ryde ,with stunning views around the property. Although secluded, it is just a short distance to Ryde town centre & beaches . The property boasts a living/dining room with a smart tv and dining table and chairs , one being a double sofa bed.. Walk in shower in bathroom.. The kitchen has everything you need including dishwasher… The bedroom can be made up as 2 singles or kingsize upon request.

Clara Cottage: Perfect - comfortable and stylish

Clara Cottage is the perfect holiday home for up to 6 guests. St Helen's Beach is a few minute's walk away, the Duver nearby is a beautiful nature reserve with bird life and sand dunes. The village green opposite has a huge grassy area plus a children's play park. The village shop and post office sells everything that you could need . There is a pub on the green and a restaurant. Any time of year, you will find that this is an idyllic location. You are welcome to bring a dog with you.

Unique English Heritage Escape in *Bembridge* IOW

'The Annexe' forms part of the main residence built on the old parade ground of Steyne Wood Battery. The Battery was built on the eastern coastline of the Isle of Wight and became a scheduled monument in 2015, being one of the best surviving Victorian Batteries and, as such, all the bomb proof shelters, ammunition stores, gun positions and defensive structures in the surrounding grounds remain intact. The grounds around the property provide a peaceful escape in beautiful surrounds.

Pebble Cottage in the heart of Bembridge

Pebble Cottage is in the heart of Bembridge, with a short walk to the local shops, where you will find a Farm Shop, Bakery, Butchers, Fish Mongers and a local food store. For eating out there is The Olde Village Inn pub, a fish and chip shop, and a great take away at Framptons. Forelands beach is a good 15 minute walk away, an excellent beach for walking the dogs (or oneself), and a great place for children to enjoy all things to do with being by the seaside.

The Warsash Annex

The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.

Relax and enjoy your stay at this unique and tranquil getaway. 'Adventure Prospect' has recently been completely renovated and is steeped in military history. Formerly known as the "shifting house" it was first built in 1898-1899 to accommodate munitions workers changing into the special clothing that they wore when working on magazines. The cottage provides an ideal escape from everyday life and has direct access to the water.

Seaside Cottage. Cosy Retreat.

Luxury accommodation at a budget price. This place is 50 metres from a boating lake and park, and 100 metres from Southsea seafront. It is surrounded by restaurants and bars within walking distant in a sought after conservation area. It has a garden, plenty of safe free parking, and is only 1.5 miles from the nearest train station. Great place to visit. Parking £3 per day. Plenty of spaces.

Detached secluded cottage with wood burning stove

Rosie & I let this stone built converted cart shed which is 200 years old. Paddock Cottage stands at the edge of our garden with open land behind. The accommodation is open plan 'studio style', with shower room. It is quiet and secluded and has a cosy wood burning stove. Off road easy parking and access. Well behaved dogs welcome, easy access to walkies.
