Saint-Kitts-et-Nevis : locations de vacances au bord de l'eau

Our 3rd Airbnb stay in St. Kitts, and this was the best one we’ve experienced. We had an amazing 8 days at this condo. While the property is older, you cannot beat the location, the pool, walk-ability, ocean beach, etc. we had a slight issue in the beginning with one of the AC units not working well, and they had AC vendor out there installing a new unit on a Sunday; amazing customer service!!! The place ia very large, and could have easily slept more people. Beds are very comfortable, and had all the items we needed for the week. Would definitely consider this place on our next trip to St. Kitts.

We stayed at Arlene’s Villa for 9 nights at the end of February 2025 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Nice quiet neighborhood convenient to Frigate Bay beaches, bars, and restaurants. We loved sitting out on the covered porch in the mornings for breakfast and coffee – enjoying the sun and the ocean views. The porch was great in the late afternoon for cocktails and relaxing after the day’s activities. Kitchen was well equipped, but you should plan to hit the grocery store upon arrival. Great room was perfect for family dinner and TV watching. Local cable is… local cable – best to bring your own streaming device. The Internet was fast. Mini-split AC units worked great. The villa has a backup generator that worked well when we had a power outage. Good communication with Arlene and some great recommendations for restaurants, taxi, shopping, and other island activities. Overall the villa was a wonderful home away from home which we highly recommend!

We had a wonderful week at the Lighthouse! Chrishi Beach is just gorgeous, and this property places you steps from the most stunning views, where the beautiful beach sits just beside the lush green hills. The food at the beach club was delicious, and we ate there most evenings for dinner. We also took advantage of the kitchen at the property to prepare our own breakfasts and lunches. There are so many things to see on the island beyond the property, too! We went jet skiing one day, visited the beautiful botanical gardens, and saw where Alexander Hamilton was born. One note: the only way to get around is to rent a car or take a taxi. The taxi fees do add up since you also need to take the water taxi over from St. Kitts. But in the end, this fabulous vacation is well worth it!

My wife and I stayed at this beautiful property for ten days in February. We can't say enough about this fantastic property! Penny was a pleasure to deal with, very responsive and accommodating. All communication was clear, professional, accurate and friendly. Franklyn, the property manager was also fantastic. He met us at the property at check in and was available through out our stay and offered numerous recommendations for local restaurants and activities. The property itself is as described with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing tropical escape in a little piece of paradise. We loved the location on a quiet beach away fron crowds of the busier parts of the island yet close enough to everything you need, perfection!! The self serve bar was a nice feature. We really enjoyed the Raggae Beach Bar, just a 5min drive or 20min walk through an interesting trail just down the beach. The Friday night lobster fest is a must! We'd highly recommend this property and plan to return soon.

The apartment was as described and nicely appointed. Everything worked and was straight forward. The kitchen offered more utensils and versatility than I had need for. I would recommend and stay again if I returned to St. Kitts

LOVED our stay here. The condo was spacious and quiet. We enjoyed making breakfast and relaxing in the mornings. The supermarkets are a short drive away (we rented a car, which Vanessa helped us with...car was dropped off at condo) The beach is a very short walk away and very peaceful and enjoyable. Love the restaurant on the property....consistently good. Really loved having the extra space and washer dryer. Vanessa is wonderful with communication and took care of all our transfers to and from the airport and answered many questions. We will be back!

This is our second time staying at Chris’s. We love how it’s centrally located, close to popular beaches, bars and restaurants but also how quiet it is. We felt like we had our own private beach. The bar downstairs was a plus for after dinner drinks or a quick bite.

It’s all about the view! My wife and I spent hours enjoying the view on the ample patio and infinity pool. A surprise for us was that we could hear the surf from nearby Turtle Beach. Another surprise was that we could walk to Cockleshell Beach from the house in about fifteen minutes, through a path off of Turtle Beach. The house is spacious, well stocked and clean, the hosts are responsive and provide useful recommendations for enjoying St. Kitts. We are flying home and are already missing this beautiful property. Hopefully we can return soon.

Barbara greeted us and explained everthing in person. We had a wonderful time and walked to nearby restaurants which were plentiful. Showers in both bedrooms were awesome. The kitchen had all the supplies for cooking. A walkable nearby store only steps away had all we needed. The pool was always tended too each day and walking the beach with the waves from the Atlantic was just breath taking and relaxing.
