The Freddie is a newly updated 3-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom coastal cottage style home. It comprises: an open floor plan that has the kitchen with island seating for 3, dining table for 6, and living room with a fireplace. There is a beautiful screened in porch with ample seating for relaxing. The master bedroom with a king bed is on the first floor. Upstairs you will find a sitting area with coffee station, a bunk room that sleeps 5, and a king guest bedroom. All bedrooms have ensuite baths.

Redfern Retreat

Nestled under ancient live oaks, this vacation spot is a hipster heaven of art and maker furniture with plenty of space inside and out for entertaining. For entertainment, there are tvs in three rooms all with YouTube tv. Amazon Echo for music and news, and a Roku and Amazon Firestick for Internet tv. Just fyi, there's a separate bungalow in back that is also listed on Airbnb as “Redfern Respite” that you can book but has a separate entrance and private deck. This is not a shared space.

Hidden Gem

Nestled off the beaten path this hidden gem will tempt you to stick around all day but the beach, village and great restaurants are all within a mile. Bring your bike or rent a golf cart and leave the car parked! Drink your morning coffee in the warm sun of the front screened porch or in the shade of the back screened porch. Enjoy rocking in the garden surrounded by nature's beauty as the fountain provides background music. The comfortable beds will provide a restful night of sleep.

Quaint, quiet tabby cottage under the live oaks

If you want to lay down at night & not hear blaring music or kids partying, this is your spot. If you want to bring your dog on your trip & let them out in the backyard, this your place! I purchased & renovated in 2020 with a new kitchen, new appliances & fresh paint throughout! My cheerfully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom tabby cottage is enveloped in a canopy of live oaks & spanish moss. The neighborhood is child friendly & safe. The Fig House is a newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Mid-Century Modern ranch style vacation home set on 1 level. It comprises: a living room/dining room with a wood-burning fireplace, 8-seater table and connection to the kitchen, which also has a breakfast table. There is a sitting room and a sun room off the kitchen with access to the pool courtyard. There are two masters with king size beds and a bunk room that has 2 sets of bunk (twin) beds.

Beach House -optional BIKES - Walk 2 Shops & Fun

This cozy 2 bedroom house is renovated. You will enjoy the mid/south-island location close 2 many shops & restaurants. U can easily walk to Redfern Village & other entertainment. King & Queen beds & the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. Comes w/ new furnishings & business class wifi. Just outside the house is a huge private fenced backyard for great outdoor living. 4 bikes for an additional fee. Does NOT have a grill. NO PETS ALLOWED.
