This beautiful flat nicknamed The Boathouse, in the heart of Salcombe town 100m to the shops and estuary, but away from the hustle and bustle. Sit on the balcony to bask and watch the sailing, or check out boats at Normandy pier and the beach. Formerly a hotel, this Victorian villa was converted into apartments in the 90’s. Lovely Studio Apartment with Off-road Parking

Self contained studio apartment with your own entrance at the front of Aloha off the drive. Located in a quiet part of town at the top of the hill, it’s a scenic 10 min walk down to the town where you can enjoy coastal views, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Parking is off-road with additional space for trailer storage by separate arrangement/cost. The room is equipped with a small kitchenette and an en-suite with shower. If you cannot manage the hill, please ask if you would like a lift.

This one-bedroomed, studio-styled property – recently decorated in Susie Watson’s Swedish Grey - is situated in a prime position overlooking the superb views of Salcombe Harbour. With comfortable homely qualities to its décor and tastefully chosen soft furnishings using gorgeous, patterned fabrics, it is a wonderful place to holiday and fully unwind in its warm embrace.

Blackberry Cottage is a 300 year old cottage which we have lovingly refurbished into a beautiful cottage for modern living. The spaces are light and airy, the kitchen is south facing and has bifold doors leading out to the patio and garden, bringing the outside in. Blackberry cottage is available on a weekly basis during the school holidays with changeover day being a Friday. Outside school holidays the cottage is available for 3 night minimum stays for your perfect seaside escape.
