Great location for hiking and walking on the hill with amazing views. Close to hospitals: Primary Children, U of U, Huntsman and others :)) I regulate the AC and heat as I live on the main floor however there is a fan and heater in the unit. You can have a third person, Full size futon. Any questions just ask😃.
