We offer a 2 Bedroom (sleeps 5) Detached Bungalow surrounded by beautiful gardens and a decking area with table & benches. We are located 20 minutes from Brighton by car, 20 mins by bus. The Cliff Top Walks are a 10 minute walk away. They have beautiful views towards the Sea and Brighton. Buses 14, 14c run just across the street approx 20mins to Brighton Pier. 10 mins to Historic Rottingdean Village and 20mins by car to Brighton. When returning get off at Cavendish close.

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.
