Park View House is South facing with views to Roberts Park, Salts Mill, the River Aire, Leeds Liverpool Canal and distant hills. It offers a tranquil base to enjoy the many attractions this beautiful and vibrant area has to offer. It has a spacious king size bedroom and a bedroom with twin beds. The first floor bathroom/wc has an electric shower over the bath. There is a comfortable living room with WiFi, TV and DVD player and views to the river and park. Located on our family farm, we have animals on site, including horses, cows, goats, dogs, cats and 2 micro pigs (Gavin & Stacey) so some farm noises are to be expected on a morning!

The barn was originally used to house milking cows so the beams have been retained in all the rooms to maintain the character of the barn. The cottage is located in Eldwick, Bingley near Baildon and Ilkley Moors and within easy reach of the Yorkshire Dales, Bronte Country, the airport, Leeds and Bradford. Dogs are welcome

Our cottage comes with its own walled garden, 6 person hot tub, views across the valley to Leeds and nearby Ilkley and is the perfect locations for those wanting a peaceful escape in the countryside.

Situated on the edge of Baildon Moor, this modern private annexe is located on the ground floor of the original farmhouse and boasts fantastic views of the surrounding countryside. The property is a short walk from Baildon village where there are pubs, shops, restaurants & takeaways. Leeds City Centre can be reached via train (17 minutes from Shipley train station). On the farm we have horses, cows, sheep, goats, pigs, dogs & cats, therefore some farm noises are to be expected!
