Melvina is a remarkable host. She is very detail in giving instruction and very responsive. The check in and check out process was so easy. Also, she prepared a small surprises for us such as free snacks and extra ammenities for us to use during our stay. the apt was clean, spotless and very fregrant. Will definitely come back here if we're in Surabaya.

the price was comparable with the facility. but thats more than enough for me that need a room only for take a break after having my great events at 12.30 am midnight.

Super convenient location right inside a mall so food and drinks were just a few steps away. I also really appreciated that I could bring my small pet poodle.
