We provide daily towel service and breakfast from 8:30-9:30am.

Riverwalk Ultimate Luxury Suite w/ pool & spa

This is the most luxurious suite in the Oge House, a historic mansion located in Downtown San Antonio's King William Historic District and right on the Riverwalk. This suite is on the third floor and has its own private balcony facing the Riverwalk. It has our finest bathroom, all done in black and green granite with a large corner whirlpool tub and a separate frameless glass shower w/ multiple body sprays. Guests also have access to our pool and heated spa next door at our Carriage House.

Texas Grounds Coffee Co. Bed and Breakfast

Nestled in the heart of Old Town Helotes, our 107-year old house is home to our beautiful bed and breakfast upstairs and our incredible coffee shop downstairs! The space is the entire second floor! With tons of natural light, feel free to people watch from the sunroom, or snuggle in the cozy living room! Enjoy the double-headed shower! Delicious smells of pastries and coffee roasting on site tempt you into the shop early! Check out the surrounding antique shops, clothing boutiques and more!

Riverwalk King Suite with whirlpool tub & pool

This large and luxurious suite is located on the first floor of the Oge House, a historic mansion located in Downtown San Antonio's King William Historic District and right on the Riverwalk. The bathroom is done in polished granite with a large double whirlpool tub and separate shower. It has its own private entrance, so there is no need to enter any shared space to enter and exit the room. Guests also have access to our pool and heated spa directly across the street at our Carriage House.

When you want to get out and enjoy the fresh air, just step outside your door to your private downstairs patio and view of the courtyard. Includes flat screen T.V., walk-in tile shower, refrigerator in-room, and Keurig coffee machine is in your room as well as, in the dining room. Small Continental style Breakfast is available by 8am in the dining room.
