Be immersed in the peace and quiet of a Tuscan olive orchard by staying in this stone farmhouse which features traditional architectural elements such as terra cotta floors, vaulted ceilings, and original wood fixtures. Dive into the plunge pool with sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea. For adventurous travelers who will appreciate the 10-minute panoramic walk to the house (we will transport your luggage and groceries by tractor). The magical view of the world below with the coast on the horizon which can be enjoyed from every room of the house and from the entire olive orchard with its walking paths and plunge pool with waterfall. Being a pedestrian village, Metato is quiet and peaceful. Yet, the beach and many great places to visit are a short drive away- Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the marble quarries of Cararra, Pietrasanta, Viareggio.... Guests have exclusive access to the pool and property. Metato is a friendly litttle village in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There is a quaint family-run restaurant in the village that serves local homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. Our pedestrian village tends to attract kind people in search of peace and quiet and a proximity with nature. Time seems to go by more slowly here. It is a perfect base for families who want to explore Tuscany and the beaches of the Versilia coast. The home is in a beautiful, quiet location on a hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards just a 10-minute walk from the parking lot. Explore the medieval village of Metato where fireflies and breathtaking views await. Take an invigorating hike or head to the beaches a short drive away. There is a parking lot at the base of the village where you can park the car. The village itself is pedestrian but I am happy to greet guests at the parking lot on their arrival to transport their luggage, groceries and whoever wants to ride to the house with my little Italian tractor! The nearest airport is Pisa (45-minutes by car). All the major car rental places can be found there. The nearest train station is Viareggio.

Rilassati e ricaricati in quest'oasi di quiete ed eleganza. Appartamento moderno in struttura d'epoca con vista mozzafiato sui tetti della città e sulla costa tirrenica. Ubicato in quartiere di epoca rinascimentale ai piedi del Castello Malaspina. Lungo antica strada di collegamento al castello, attualmente pedonale, a soli 100 metri dal centro storico e da piazza mercurio centro della movida cittadina. Dalla terrazza è possibile fare colazione in intimità con lo sguardo su di piccolo oliveto.

Appartamento con ampia terrazza, circondata dal verde, che offre un panorama mozzafiato sulla città e un'ampia vista sul mare. La terrazza è adornata da numerosi fiori e piante e dispone di un tavolo sotto il patio e di sdraio. Situato a Castagnetola, il paese dei limoni, ai piedi delle Alpi Apuane. Parcheggio gratuito. In auto, si raggiungono il mare in 15 minuti e il centro di Massa in 7 minuti. Nel paese sono presenti tre ottimi ristoranti e un piccolo negozio di alimentari.

There is a place a few steps away from the famous VERSILIA (Tuscany) called BORGOMETATO. Here various structures have been designed by the well-known Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place.
