Over 100 steps from the road below, this 'treehouse' is perched above it all and horizontally oriented on a steep lot between two creeks. Modern studio, with everything you need for your stay. Featuring queen bed, new full size kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, and laundry. Private entrance with a cute patio just for you. Breakfast Bar to eat at, and a desk to work from. High speed wifi provided. Safe neighborhood and located up hill away from the street. This studio space is attached to the rest of the house that I live in. It shares a wall and door (will remain locked) with my kitchen and the rest of the house.

Located on the hill in Stinson Beach, this tidy studio is just a short walk down to town and the beach. Filled with the sound of the ocean, and close to the many hiking trails on Mt. Tam, the studio has a full kitchen and bath, and unobstructed panoramic views. 31 day stays have a 10% discount and are exempt from the 14% STR tax. Small dogs are welcome, and discounts on the pet fee will be considered for longer stays.
