Staying at Carlos’s place was perfect for us. The place was spotless and the neighborhood pristine. Shops and restaurants were in walking distance with a nice variety to choose from. If we had questions, Carlos was easy to get in touch with. I’d definitely stay here again.

The place was great, really quiet and serene. The place surrounding is a little hilly, but you will have a great time relaxing.

I felt safe walking around at night in this neighborhood. The host always replied very quickly and was helpful. Recommended!

Maxime's apartment was incredible, extremely clean and with wonderful amenities in the building. I do appreciated the last minute accommodations at such a late hour. Downtown LA is not the best area in general but Maxime's apartment is a little piece of heaven amongst the chaos of downtown area.

Booked for my husband and his friend for a book show. 2 bedroom perfect, price was better than hotels and everything worked out great. Space was great. Everything you could ever want without leaving the building. Host was very responsive and great to work with even though she was out of the country at the time! I’ll definitely book again if they need the same attend that show again.

Nicole was an excellent host. We stayed for a week, and it felt like home. The location is perfect in the LA area and Nicole was very responsive to our needs. Quiet neighborhood and comfy beds, clean kitchen. Parking garage and laundry in unit is a plus! Would absolutely stay there again!

We had to leave our home for a few days and Elizabeth’s place provide there perfect, peaceful retreat! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet spot a short drive from downtown Pasadena! The place was truly spotless and we felt right at home!

Duane is a wonderful host and a good communicator. Thoughtful touches are everywhere. The apartment is in a well-established, quiet area.

It was peaceful I tv felt like home the only thing Is two of the doors a room and a bathroom didn’t close it was missing the strike hardware

Cheryl is an amazing host. Always super quick to respond. The rental is outstanding. It’s situated on a large lot behind the main house and amongst a couple other rentals within the property but are all detached. I appreciated having my own parking space on the property although there is plenty of street parking. The unit is like a small one bedroom apartment without shared walls. It has a full kitchen and also appreciated the full washer and dryer in the unit. The space is all newly built so it’s very clean and new. I enjoyed all the windows which brought in a lot of natural light. Made the space feel even bigger. Although I didn’t enjoy the outdoor space, it seemed very serene and peaceful to use. The area is very quiet and walkable. It’s a short drive to great restaurants and stores. I highly recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. It is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. Almost every morning we went for a walk to the local bakery to get fresh food. So beautiful! Ben was very quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had. We could hear people walk around upstairs during the night. But after texting Ben, it got better. He is very accommodating and easy to talk to.

Elias was a great host and the listing was amazing. A very cozy weekend getaway. I will definitely be using Elias as a host in the future.

I had an amazing stay at Jenna’s place! The location was perfect—close to friends and everything I needed for my trip. Most importantly the location was peaceful, quiet, and had ample street parking. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and beautifully set up. I enjoyed breakfast on the private patio each morning. Check-in was smooth and easy, and Jenna was super friendly and welcoming. I’d absolutely recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area.

George’s place was delightful. The perfect location to connect with friends in Eagle Rock and Pasadena, and go out to a concert in Los Feliz. Safe and clean parking garage underneath the building. And a quiet location, even though the building is on a Main Street. We were able to walk around the corner to Bea Beas for brunch, and it was delicious. Highly recommend George’s place.

Es war offensichtlich, dass sehr viel Wert auf Hygiene gelegt wird. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend. Ich hatte ein geräumiges Zimmer mit einem bequemen Bett, einer gut ausgestatteten Küche und einem modernen Badezimmer. Besonders gefallen hat mir der große Fernseher und das kostenlose WLAN, was dazu beigetragen hat, dass ich mich wie zu Hause fühlte. Für die Qualität, die ich erhalten habe, war der Preis mehr als fair. Die Zimmerpreise sind angesichts der Lage und der gebotenen Annehmlichkeiten sehr wettbewerbsfähig. Zusammenfassend kann ich Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der Los Angeles besuchen möchte. Ich freue mich bereits auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt!

The stay was amazing! The place was very clean when we got there, felt right at home. The airbnb had a beautiful view from the balcony with 3 little waterfalls, everything was just amazing, my girlfriend and I were out doing stuff all weekend pretty much so I just wish we got to stay and enjoy the place more! There's plenty of stuff to do around the area and plenty of food options. It was very quiet and peaceful, we did not hear any neighbors at all at any point. Overall an amazing stay and hope to come back sometime!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was beautiful. The location was so convenient; we went to the bar next door for cocktails, walked to whole food… so much near by. The bed was super comfortable and it was a bonus using the hot tub and seeing the sunset lit skyline on the roof top. I was concerned it might be noisy but it was not at all. I did not hear anything in the bedroom where I need quiet for sleep. It was truly perfect! Malcom was an amazing host, very responsive and allowed us to check in early as we had arrived earlier from our trip overseas. Wonderful stay!

place was clean, Selina was accomodating in switching parking spots to accommodate our vehicles, pet Friendly, and host was also very responsive.

Todo estuvo muy bien en el alojamiento bastante espacio, limpio, todo ordenado la comunicación con Crhistina fue cordial y amable, siempre estuvo atenta a nuestros mensajes.

This was the first visit to LA for my best friend and I. We took public transit to the location with no issues. The check in process seemed to be daunting from the description but it was nothing but seemless. The building is beautiful, the location is fantastic with plenty of shops and restaurants starting right next door. There is so much to do and so many places to visit. We went to a Kylie Minogue concert, took a trip to Santa Monica, a trip to West Hollywood and shopped in LA. We ate at several restaurants, including one on the same block all were fabulous. The unit is a soft loft style with exposed duct work, very spacious, tall ceilings and really clean. Being immune compromised from my cancer fight it was important to be in a clean unit and this one did not disappoint. The view is not great during the day but it comes alive at night with a view of the lit up Eastern Columbia Building. The hosts were very kind and responsive to questions. I would absolutely stay here again.
