Come enjoy our German inspired cottage at Lake Livingston! It features two kitchens, 3 Bedrooms + loft, cozy living areas & relaxing outdoor private spaces with a new hot tub to enjoy the beautiful woods surrounding the lake. There's so much to do outdoors from grilling, hanging out, hiking, fishing, kayaking, picnics & water fun. Our cottage is the perfect launching spot with lake access just around the corner or for exploring all things outdoors. Quiet and serene double lot and neighborhood.

Tastefully decorated home just 8 minutes from Livingston in the back of a quiet subdivision with natural privacy. Beautifully landscaped, well kept yard. Outdoor gathering areas. Finished concrete flooring. The many windows allow for beautiful natural light. Central air and heat as well as a fireplace. The cleverly constructed bungalow is tucked into the original tack room and feed room at one end of the 125 year old barn. Original wood walls and beams beautifully blend the old and the new. 75 private acres with wooded creek and bluff trails are highlights of this gem. The Barn decor, comfort, and convenience make for a peaceful, carefree, and inspiring retreat. Bring your horses…lots of room to ride!

Newly renovated 2 bed / 1 bath lake house with modern elegance & incredible views of Lake Livingston! Whether you want to relax or play, this is the perfect spot. Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy the morning from the balcony or deck. A neighborhood boat ramp is available for quick access to the lake for water sports & fishing! Wind down with a glass of wine next to the fire pit & enjoy the sunset over the lake. We can't wait to host you! Note: The house does NOT have direct lake access.

Waterfront Group-friendly House on Livingston

We can't wait to host y'all in at our lake house! The space comfortably fits 8 people and we will accommodate up to two pets over 1 year old and under 50 lbs for an additional $25/night. There is plenty to do in the house - 65" tv with Netflix, Hulu & Amazon, games & puzzles, books & a wii. Outside, there is plenty more to do with lawn games, and a lake right out the back door and next to a boat launch. And, if you'd like a change in scenery, Livingston is just a 10 minute drive away.
