The fenced yard has a brick patio, seating for six, and a grape trellis. Kids under 2 don't count towards occupancy limit. Tax included in price!

While the property includes a seperate main residence (approx. 75 ft way), it's positioned to provide a quite, secluded, and private experience. Your space-including the hot tub, patio, fire pit seating, and parking-is completely private and not shared with other guests. Wildlife and Wine

Quiet location, situated on a hilltop with ranch and vineyard views. Close to several tasting rooms. Wonderful location if you enjoy wildlife. There are cottontails in the yard, deer come to drink at the water trough and 107 bird species have been seen on the property. The yard is fenced so your pets will be safe. We provide pods for the Keurig coffee maker as well as creamer, sugar, artificial sweetener and tea. There is a microwave, toaster, Mr. Coffee and a gas barbecue for your use also.

We're on a road less traveled with neighbors few and far between but located just 10 minutes from wine tasting, beaches, downtown SLO, the Village of Arroyo Grande, hiking trails and so much more.
