The Barracks @ Cedar Oaks Inn Step into history with this restored 1917 Ellington Air Force base cabin. Filled with antiques and original art, it blends timeless charm with comfort. Enjoy the back courtyard with outdoor kitchen, fireplace, water feature, and a unique garden bath featuring side-by-side clawfoot tubs and an open-air shower. Sip coffee or wine on the front porch while watching the chickens. Dog-friendly (30 lbs or less), this retreat is as quirky as it is relaxing.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This is a 400 square foot open concept cabin with an additional 200 sq ft loft. It is on a private lot with waterfront views on highland bayou. You can enjoy fishing, crabbing, kayaking, or just relax and watch the sunset. There is a 10X20 deck you can sit and soak in the view. The firepit, swing, and grill are located on the property. It is only 11 miles from Galveston Island. Bring mosquito spray as it’s on the waterfront.
