Welcome to your new home away from home! The Riviera House in San Marcos Texas is truly unique and stunning. The gorgeous 2000 sq.ft. home sits on a 1 acre lot and has it's own private river access! River access is shallow entry and easy for kiddos to access. The yard is a mix of shade and dappled sun and wonderful for playing or lounging. After you've tired yourself out outside, relax on the back patio or kick back and watch a movie. The home is near a train track and sometimes is loud.

Find a place of peace and calmness here at the Mustard Seed Treehouse. Our cozy house is nestled in trees and built at the top of the hill overlooking the Wimberly Valley. It brings you incredible sunrises to enjoy with your coffee and sunsets to enjoy with a good glass of wine or hot tea. We are just a 5 min walk from the Blanco River and River Road and a 3 min drive to the Wimberley Square. The house is well stocked with your kitchen essentials and bath goodies to soak the day away.

Cypress View River Barn is a cozy escape for 1-2 people. This guest house is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. It features it's own private deck to enjoy the river view, complete with table, two chairs, a loveseat and a propane grill. The River Barn shares parking and river access with Cypress House. What we love about the place are the soft sounds, serenity, and sublte but substantial emotions that are fueled by the surrounding nature and healing and cleansing navigable river. if you are a steward of the river and promise to treat her with respect , you are welcome to book your stay. It's out in the country but close enough to town ( 10 mins to San Marcos, and you can take back roads! The eco friendly landscape is amazing and it’s sustained with our rain collectors.
