הדירה הכי טובה שהייתי בה בכל דרום אמריקה! השירות של הצוות פשוט מעל לכל ביקורת! תמיד יש מענה, תמיד עוזרים ותמיד בחיוך! המיקום של הדירה פשוט מעולה, הדירה מרווחת עם מיזוג אוויר, טלוויזיה חכמה, מטבח מאובזר! יש שער שמירה בכניסה ומרגישים בטוח למרות שאין צורך, הדירה נמצאת על השדרה הראשית ובמקום מאוד בטוח! ממליץ ביותר על הדירה הזאת! הכי נהנתי בה מכל המקומות שהיינו בהם!

Anderson super atento y siempre respondió a cualquier duda...gracias amigo. la casa nos gustó mucho adrmas de tener todo lo basico el plus la vista de la terraza al lago, la tranquilidad y cerca de el centro y lugares turísticos y comerciales del lugar....recomendable...volveria

Desde el momento en que llegamos, el lugar nos hizo sentir como en casa. Nos sentimos tan cómodos que decidimos extender nuestra estadía un día más para seguir disfrutando de las amenidades del lugar y la vista de Panajachel. Silvia siempre estuvo pendiente de que tuviéramos todo lo que necesitábamos, lo que hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera aún más agradable. Sin duda, esperamos regresar pronto para seguir disfrutando de este rincón tan especial.

I absolutely loved my stay at Maya Moon. Owners & staff are friendly, charming and super helpful. Property is stunning and the view from the room is incredible. I am a picky eater hence why I wanted a place with a kitchen but ended up eating mostly at the restaurant which was affordable, healthy and delicious. Internet speed in both the restaurant and apartment was fast enough for me to work remotely from (zoom calls, downloading/uploading several short videos, etc.) So many amazing recommendations of things to do, or you could never leave the property and just relax in the hammocks. If you are up for adventure, I highly recommend a sunrise paddle (reserve the boards the night before and staff will leave them out for you), the recommended birdwatching tour, and all of the recommended tours with Luis (Sunrise Rostro Maya & San Juan being my favorites).

We enjoyed the location and accuracy of the house. Host was very helpful. For the price it was great. It could use a fan, really stuffy inside at night. The pillows were really big or paper thin. We just didn’t sleep well here but it wasn’t a thing really to fix it. Quiet place with a shared driveway inside gate. Would return.

This place was great! We stayed as a group of 6 and everything was wonderful. Every bedroom had an en suite bathroom which was great, and the views were amazing. The washer and dryer were so helpful as well. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay at this home. Daniel was very responsive with any questions we had and very helpful with suggesting transportation options. The home is clean and quiet. The lake views are fantastic. Both Panajachel and Santa Catarina towns were accessible via tuk tuk (about 5 min ride). We would 100% stay here again.

Where do I start… this place was magical. Stunning views, extremely peaceful, and very clean. Miguel was very responsive and proactive. He gave clear instructions on how to get there, tips, as well as local suggestions for food and things to do. Plus, the maintenance staff that works there was so kind and helpful. This location was truly a beauty and relaxation at its best. 12/10 recommend! We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Guatemala.

Christian and his family were great hosts who welcomed us to their place. I had the pleasure of staying here for three nights, and I couldn't have asked for a warmer, more welcoming experience. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel completely at home. My kid enjoyed spending time with their children, from playing games to hanging out at the terrace. The home was clean, cozy, and full of positive energy. It had a fully equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms, functional bathroom and we felt safe the entire time. Christian gave us a tour of the place and provided suggestions on nearby attractions and restaurants. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stay that feels more like visiting family than just booking a place! :)

Casa Toli was amazing! If you think the pictures are breathtaking wait until you see these views in person! Nothing beats watching the sunrise over these volcano views. House was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Guy helped coordinate a private boat for our whole stay there so traveling around the lake was super quick and easy. He also had many suggestions on places to go and was always available to communicate if we needed anything. The soccer field does get used by the locals so it could feel awkward if you have to leave or if you’re coming back and have to walk through their soccer game.

The view was amazing. Great spot to relax. Less than 10 minutes to the road where you can get a tuk tuk or about a 20 minute walk to the centre of town. Hosts were very welcoming and accommodating.

Todo súper bien, mi familia la pasó muy bien, el lugar súper limpio, todo súper organizado y súper bien, solo recomendación dejar más toallas pero por lo demás excelente!!

It was a pleasure to stay in Nathalie’s place during the days we spent on Atitlán lake. We had a lovely time there and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy the calm and the beautiful view of the lake.

Excelente alojamiento con todas sus comodidades y amenidades es tal y como se describe. La anfitriona tuvo una excelente comunicación y muy buena atención durante nuestra estadía. Esperamos volver pronto.

En toppenvistelse! Vi var tvungna att byta boende sent på kvällen, Andrea svarade direkt och personalen tog emot oss vid grinden och hjälpte oss med väskor nerför trapporna. Sängen var enorm och den skönaste vi någonsin sovit i. Otroligt vacker utsikt, bara några meter från sjön, att vakna till. Rent och fräscht och hade allt man behövde i kök och på badrum, stor och härlig dusch. Extra tack för att Andrea alltid svarade mycket snabbt och hon och personalen var mycket omtänksamma och hjälpsamma. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Very nice stay about 10 minute walk from the main hub of San Marcos. Secluded and quiet, right on the water. Had some amazing sunrises. Being so close to the water, there will be bugs, but that was expected and manageable with turning lights off/closing doors at night. Bed was very comfortable.

The view is even more impressive in person! The apartment itself felt even bigger than what the pictures show. The staff was amazing! Absolutely loved my stay in Panajachel!! 10/10 would stay here again!

gran fin de Semana. De ensueño. Reviví mi luna de miel en este gran Airbnb. Solo por recomendación: San Marcos(El pueblo más cercano) es un pueblo con un marcado perfil de turistas más que todos mochileros, si buscas entretenimiento en la noche en familia muy poco hallarás. pero por lo demas, concerniente al Airbnb simplemente espectacular

This location has one of the best views of any place we have ever stayed. We were able to see the sun rise from the balcony and observe the stars at night in the hot tub. Absolutely stunning! Alejandra and Fernando are kind, helpful and wonderful. They provided everything we needed for our stay. Andrea responded very quickly when we were in need of assistance. I will say, read the manual and be sure to take a ferry to San Marcos and tuk tuk to the property from there. We made the mistake of telling a private boat captain we were going to San Pablo and paid an extremely inflated price to be dropped off there. Lesson learned. Also, the stairs to the property are very steep. They are well lit and have a rail but if you have any mobility issues, I would not recommend this property. Overall, our stay was wonderful and we plan on staying again when we return.

Estuve con mis hijos , la pasamos muy bien. Siempre estuvieron muy atentos en lo que les pedimos. Todo funciona muy bien, utensilios en buen estado, camas cómodas y en general todo estuvo perfecto.
