This spacious cottage is centrally located between Spencer and the lakes area, right off of Hwy 71. The upstairs loft features a queen, full and a single bed, desk, and closet and lots of space. The main level has a full kitchen with dining space, large living room with two couches and a TV, and a full bathroom with washer and dryer. This is a great place for long term stays as it offers your own private accommodations and off-street parking. Note: Due to allergies, No smoking inside, No pets.

Settled on the far corner of a very quiet loop street, the house is in a most ideal location, providing both privacy and proximity to Dordt and downtown businesses. Cooking in the large, beautiful kitchen is a delight. Dine at the six person kitchen island, or, at the dining table in the four seasons room. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a comfortable living room, as well as a spacious laundry room make for a lovely stay.

Relax when you stay in our quiet country get-a-way. We are an easy 25 miles or less from Okoboji, Spencer, Worthington, Sibley, and Sheldon. There’s a firepit ready for use, firewood, grilling grate, roasting sticks and a gas grill. Our Redshed's upper deck is your private vantage point to enjoy trees, birds and unlimited star gazing. You will certainly see deer as they cross the valley and we enjoy frequent bald eagle sightings. Outdoor areas have comfortable chairs waiting for you.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This studio suite is inside The Six Eleven Co building. There are two full bathrooms. You will have a designated bathroom unless there are more than two rentals during that time. The bathrooms may be a shared space if the rentals are full. The coffee bar and patio area are shared spaces. Outside you will enjoy a beautiful fenced in area with comfy patio furniture and big screen TV. There is a grill available as well.

In the fridge you will find farm fresh eggs & coffee! You’ll be pleasantly surprised with the unique decor and original wood floors. Enjoy the views of the sunrise on the pasture with a few beautiful grazing cow calf pairs. It is a perfect place for a peaceful escape in the country on a real working farm.

The Grain Bin Lodge and Retreat

Sorry, no children under the age of 12. This large grain bin has been converted into a rustic two story getaway using reclaimed barn wood and many antiques. The 700 square foot main floor includes a full bath, a vintage retro kitchenette (micro wave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, NO OVEN), reclining love seat, a smart tv with WIFI and Direct TV, along with a large dining area with 2 tables. The 500 square foot open loft area includes one full bed and 2 queen beds.

Welcome to the Lookout Loft Treehouse! Find a retreat in this peaceful hilltop oasis just a short 20 min drive out of Sioux Falls, SD. Sleep in the clouds on your dreamy pillow top mattress, wake up to stunning 360 degree views overlooking the surrounding countryside. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the wraparound deck, a propane fire on the mid-level deck and a dip in the hot tub at ground-level. Enjoy a moment of rest in our Schoolhouse! The Schoolhouse is located just out of town and North of Sioux Center (IA). Within 5 minutes, you will be in town where you can find several grocery stores (Fareway, Walmart and Hyvee), a nice indoor mall with a Dutch bakery for a great breakfast, an indoor/outdoor swimming pool ' Siouxnami waterpark', and Dordt University. About 1 hour drive from Sioux Falls Regional Airport and 2 hours from Omaha airport.

Bill's Cabin

If you're looking to put a little farm in your city recreation, you might want to consider staying at Bill's Cabin, and play a few rounds at the Primghar Golf and Country Club. This "condo-cabin" complete with bar, stove, mini fridge and microwave downstairs, as well as a queen sized bed, fold-down futon and bathroom with shower upstairs. If you enjoy views, consider relaxing on Heckler's Deck which overlooks the 155 yard, par 3, Hole 8.

Close to Dordt University and several attractions

We are close to Dordt University within walking distance. Close to the All Seasons Center which has an indoor/outdoor pool and also the indoor hockey rink. The bike trails and local park are within walking distance(we have 2 bikes you can use). Downtown is very close with several coffee shops, a mall, and several restaurants. We live in a quiet neighborhood. We have 2 grocery stores and a Walmart if you happen to forget anything.

Located on a quiet cul-de-sac with no backyard neighbors.Access to garage to keep vehichle warm. Our well-behaved nephew rents the basement apartment with a separate entrance. Flexible check-in, 10 AM check-out.

Center Lake Retreat Entire Lower Level Walk Out

As ofJuly 1, 2021 we moved into this beautiful Lakeside home. The AIRBNB is NOT our entire home but it is the entire lower level which is our home. Gorgeous, private lakeside views. It is spacious with a private entrance if suitable, large kitchenette, family room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, bath/shower full bathroom. Lakeside access. There is complete privacy with a Barn Door closure.
