10 minute drive to downtown and central part of Los Alamos National Lab. There is a steep driveway and a set of stairs. Once in the room the bathroom is down a little hallway, maybe 10 feet with 3 steps. The room has a mini refrigerator, Keurig, small microwave, message chair, TV with Prime and Netflix. There are drinks, snacks, pods for coffee, tea. Each night stand has an outlet with plugs for phone and laptop. The bath has towels, wash cloths, robes, soap, shampoo, conditioner.

Perfect place for quiet and nature, up against the Sandia Wilderness and in the mountains next to Albuquerque. Slightly cooler for the altitude, our place is a respite from the heat but only 10 to 30 minutes from everything in the city. Conveniently located near trails, the tram, and the balloon fiesta. Please note we are on a dirt road with a few bumpy spots. ***** NOTE: FROM DECEMBER 1 THROUGH FEBRUARY 28 THE WEATHER NECESSITATES ALL WHEEL OR 4 WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLES.

(Additional rate applies) We are located on the Jemez Mt. Scenic byway. The path follows the Jemez River as it winds through the valley to this tranquil studio nestled between two mesas in the Santa Fe National Forest. The almost 1,000 sq ft studio is located just off the 2-lane road for ease of access even in snowy weather.
