Charming Private Home in Heart of Hollywood

I am open to pets. HOWEVER please reach out to me before booking if you are planning to bring a pet. I want to make sure its a good fit. Also I do charge a pet fee that is for deep cleaning due to future guests with pet allergy sensitivities. If you end up having a pet stay without my approval and I find out from my cleaners I will charge an additional $25 a day. Charming Spanish bungalow sits in the heart of Hollywood tucked away on a hidden quiet walk street within walking distance of everything you need or want-movie theaters, restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, yoga classes. Located 4 blocks from Hollywood Blvd. 2 blocks from the Cahuenga Corridor, which is considered one the coolest areas in Los Angeles, if not the United States because all within a 4 block radius are great restaurants, bars, music venues, clubs, recording studios, juice bars, yoga studios, gyms, a farmers market, shops and much more. So you dont even need to rent a car!!!! On a historical note--This house was used as housing for MGM actors in the 20s and 30s including the likes of Charlie Chaplin and Buster Keaton! The house was entirely remodeled a few years ago while keeping the original hardwood floors and french windows. The ceilings were raised to 12 ft throughout the house as well as the entry where the ceiling has been vaulted to 14 ft. A spherical chandelier hangs down from the top. There's also a custom one of a kind green penny tiled faux fireplace that centers the living room as well as a closet in the living room for additional storage if necessary. The open floor plan allows one to easily walk into the kitchen area which has stove, refrigerator, dishwasher as well as a small circular dining table. The bathroom has a Kohler pedestal sink, a large medicine cabinet, a shower/tub, basket weave floor tile and running bond subway tile running throughout the shower. It also features a private wood fence enclosed yard, front porch, as well as a covered back porch that's perfect for an evening drink or morning coffee. THE BEDROOM) has a memory foam queen size bed, nightstand and a dresser as well as a large closet with plenty of space. It also has a ceiling fan with light and 5 speeds. Blinds are there as well to make the bedroom dark. Clean sheets, blankets and comforter are provided. ~THE BATHROOM) has an great adjustable 5 mode shower head, tub for baths, a medicine cabinet and another cabinet above the toilet for your toiletries; a hairdryer; shampoo, conditioner, and soap should you forget yours. It's a mix of everyone and everything from celebrities to homeless. Vibrant, exciting and always something to do! Walking around would be best since everything is so close. And if you need a car I would Lyft or Uber. Parking is available on the street. Its free. There is also street cleaning on Monday and Tuesday so please look at the signs.

I am about 2 miles away from the Rose Bowl & Old Town Pasadena. A fully stocked kitchenette on the first floor, Queen size GLENBOROUGH Firm Euro Pillowtop Rest Mattress to each bedroom. This Guest Unit is separated and independent from main house in the back with a private entrance to the unit through the deck area for your privacy. It is a quiet residential area with total privacy. Comfortable and close by to plenty of attractions nearby, about a 15-20 min walk distance to Huntington Art Gallery, Caltech, Pasadena City College, Coffee bars, Grocery Stores and Restaurants within the area on the East side of Old Town Pasadena.
